From watching his WEC fights Yahya is all ground game, I expect him to be going for the sub but I don't know much about his opponent.

Was hoping Kim could get the Arm tri and get a finish but pure control for sure in that fight.

I was hoping that Kim would try to finish him with his G&P but he just seemed content to know that he had all three rounds. He teed off a bit near the end but not enough to get close to a stoppage.

Wow Yahya has 17 wins and 15 of them are by submission. Hirota has 14 wins, 8 by KO and no submissions. Good clash of styles here.

This translator is terrible, she is so quiet you can barely hear her.

Yahya gets the win 29-28 from all judges. Was a good fight in the end, Horita got plenty of offence in as well and I actually wouldn't have been surprised if it was a split decision.

was surprised that yahya didn't stick it out with that choke, probably didn't want to gas his arms.

Please Lombard destroy Okami. He's easily the dullest fighter in the world.

Hopefully the Lombard that beat Palhares shows up rather than the Lombard that faced Boetsch.

Tough first round to judge, I can see the judges splitting it but I would probably give that to Okami.

Okami is doing really well here, taking Lombard down with relative ease and it just doing what he always does, keeps the opponent down tiring him out. Lombard needs to get his hands working.

Can't believe it but Okami is putting on an enjoyable performance. He's really working hard and sticking to his game plan. Lombard looks really frustrated.

Some good strikes from Lombard then, was hoping he could finish but Okami managed to get away again. Lombard looking a lot better this round but it might be too late for him.

Really strange tactics from Lombard in that final round. Why not make Okami stand rather than staying on the ground with him. He was never going to finish him on the ground so he needed to stand and trade with him.

I see Okami winning this 29-28

I'm surprised Okami won by only split decision. Clearly won 29-28 even though Lombard had a good showing. Pretty fun fight, good to see a Okami fight not be a complete snore fest.

When they announced Lombard first I was a bit worried, not that surprised that there was a split decision. I thought that at least one judge would give Lombard the first round and he definitely won the last. Okami puts himself in contention yet again, expect him to be involved in another title eliminator fight soon.
