I think its become obvious that less some more Title match shenanigans occour Hendo wont be getting a shot anymore, he's just too old and one dimensional now, Rashad could get a second shot but he'd get one quicker at MW.

Didn't end up watching the show but it sounds like I didn't miss too much.

What was the deal with the Woodley/Shield fight? The result is strange with one judge giving it 30-27 to Woodley and the other two giving it 29-28 to Shields. That is a fair discrepancy. Shield has been shocking since joining UFC, had a lot of lucky decisions go his way.

Surprised that Nelson/Miocic didn't have a finish. Was good to see Miocic get back on track though after his loss to Struve. Even though Rashad won again at LHW I still hope that he will drop down as well and get a title shot that way.

Shields needs to move back up to the division that he was successful in. He had that 15 fight win streak and everything at middleweight. They brought him in to fight GSP... he lost... so move him back up. He fought once at middleweight in UFC and he looked to move more natural and looked more natural for the fight. Then they move him back down to welterweight. Just stick the guy in middleweight.

Woodley's striking was more effective but basically, there was less of it. Shields won by using love taps that wouldn't of dented an egg. Woodley also knocked him down twice via leg kicks and stuffed all the takedowns.

There just needs to be more consistency with the scoring, if the whole system is takedown-centric, then takedown defence should earn you something too. I'm sick of guys getting battered, then landing one shitty single leg to steal the round. Needs a drastic overhaul as it's more like the Ultimate Wrestling Championships than anything else. So biased.
