After that loss to Donald Cerrone, KJ Noons has now lost five of his last six fights. This was his first UFC fight so I see him getting at least one more fight but surely he would be close to being cut.

Been close to a year since Maynard has fought and I can't see him losing to Grant here, Maynard vs. Henderson should be good.

Well I spoke way too soon. Wow, nice stuff from TJ Grant, huge right hand to start it and then just relentless strikes to finish the fight within the first round. So TJ Grant now gets a title shot against Henderson.

Another impressive win for Glover Teixeira. He was in control right from the start and Te Huna had no chance of victory here, nice guillotine to finish it.

How close is he to a title shot? One more impressive finish or does he still need to add a couple of big scalps before taking on Jones?

Hunt showed that he had a great chin tonight but JDS just has so much power. Hunt absorbed so many big hits but the power of numbers just got to him in the end, that spinning back kick was a fantastic way to finish the fight. Nice to see Hunt manage to take it right to the end of the third round.

Also as I predicted the mainevent was a failure. Bigfoot was destroyed again within 90 seconds, ridiculous that he was even given a title shot again.

As far as the lightweight title goes... that picture depends on how Aldo does against Pettis. Aldo wins he gets the next shot. Pettis wins then we aren't sure who is getting a shot.

Glover was real impressive with his win but I think he needs a real big name fight to see how he does and what he does before a shot at Jones. But this streak would prob put him within a fight... then again that also depends on New York sanctioning MMA and Silva beating Weidman to set up the mega fight for MSG. So that's all a mess plus Jones gotta heal from that messed up broke toe.

Mark Hunt showed a lot of heart. Did real well but just absorbed too much punishment and was finished off by a very nice spinning kick. Definitely did not see that coming from JDS. I was sure he would have won via uppercut. But Hunt... I think he may be on to another pretty nice fight.

Bigfoot vs. Cain... come onnnnn mannnnnnnn. Cain overwhelmed him the first time... this time he just made it look worse. Cain vs. JDS 3 should be on the way soon. Has to be.

I wouldn't mind seeing Glover go up against a top contender next just to see where he is at. He has been so impressive so far and deserves to fight one of the top guys in the division. I forgot about that mega fight, I guess there is a long wait for Jones to get back in the cage and then have his next fight anyway.

Definitely a good performance from Hunt against one of the top two guys in the division. I didn't see that spinning kick either, never would have picked it from JDS.

With Bigfoot I don't know why Dana didn't do what he has done before and just not give the guy a title shot even though he beat Overeem. Make him rack up a few strong wins before giving him the champion again. Was just embarrassing. Cain vs. JDS III is going to be awesome.

Hopefully Werdum beats Big Nog and then gets the next crack at Cain. I honestly have less than zero interest in seeing Cain rape JDS again so soon. Those two look set to face each other 100 times in the next 10 years, no need to rush their fights.

Looks like everyone was sleeping on TJ Grant...... including the ref, who was awful and should of stopped it a lot quicker.

Glover called out the winner of Hendo/Shad, I like the Shad fight but not Hendo. It'd look too similar to when Rampage fought Bader, one slow plodding guy looking for one shot vs a much quicker athletic dude who just smothers him.

JDS' wheel kick didn't even look like it connected good, I guess props to him for taking out a "K1 fighter" like that though.

Nothing needs to be.said about the main event. Everyone called it months ago.

Yeah the wheel kick was kinda connected by more the calf than the heel.
