Following a story.
Ben “Smoothâ€￾ Henderson (12-2) prepares for his UFC debut as he is set to face Canadian*Mark Bocek (9-3) at UFC 129: St-Pierre vs Shields in Ontario on April 30.

Henderson, who won the WEC lightweight title in 2010, is coming off a decision loss to Anthony “Showtimeâ€￾ Pettis this past December in which he lost his title.

Take a look as “Smoothâ€￾ trains to get back to his winning ways. Henderson is part of The MMA Lab led by coaches John Crouch and Rick Roufus in Glendale, Ariz.
