What would your explanation for it be if you were writing it?

I wouldn't. I always thought Trish is a shit heel. I really see no reason to and if the reasoning is to have her and becky do a program? I guess I just don't see the appeal of it. It would basically just Becky as she is now going up against something similar as to heel Becky from a couple years ago.

If I were to do the Becky vs Trish storyline. I wouldn't do a lazy booking at all. It will be straight and simple. Scenarios like Trish Stratus got jealous that Lita won the tag titles with Becky in which she wanted to do so with Lita. Or in this case Trish was plotting in when to strike Becky because she knows Becky's past with people she thought she could trust. I can see WWE going with one of these that I summoned.
