Only reason I wanted Jericho to win was because it's the one thing he hasn't done. But I'd say sheamus was also a good call

That was back in the day when WWE had just the one roster and didn't need to make more stars to ensure that two seperate rosters had enough maineventers to draw. If the roster was combined again then there would be no issue with someone winning it multiple times but at the moment WWE are desperate for new stars and so big events like this should be used to promote a guy rather than adding to someone's legacy.

I guess that is why someone like Jericho would have been a nice middle ground, as he along with Punk is maybe the biggest name yet to win it. I have said many times that Sheamus was the right choice, but I don't think it would have been too bad with Jericho had got the nod instead.
