Based on the trailer it looks like one of the most hateful, crude, lame and unfunny pieces of crap ever. To make matters worse it features two of the most smug and untalented lame brains currently employed by Hollywood, both Rogen and Franco must know people in high places because how they keep getting so many big movie roles is beyond me. I won't be going.

How can I like or dislike something I have not seen? I actually have heard good things about it even from people who don't normally like that sort of thing, so will check it out at some point. Making such assumptions makes an arse out of you my friend:fp:

You said you didn't like Franco or Rogen so I had assumed you've seen their best work to make that judgement. Also it seems like something you would have watched by now, but I can't say much because I've had shows on my list for years that I still haven't started.

Looks fun, nice new grizzly look for Ted and William Defoe is boss. Might check this one out.

Never saw Freaks and Geeks either. Saw Pineapple and The End....and I liked them, which is why I posted the trailer.

Not sure if Keith has seen any of their works together.....not like he hasn't come in with pre-judgements before

Ridley Scott and period pieces are either good or horrible.

Sick of Christian Bale to be honest.

Everyone pre-judges its human nature, but I never say anything is total crap unless I have actually seen it.

Ridley Scott has the same issue as Woody Allen, and to a lesser extent Scorsese. Having made on a avenge a film a year since he started then the quality has gone down hill the last decade. Like those other directors he is still capable of producing the odd gem.

One of the best trailers in recent memory. I hope they don't give too much of the movie away in the rest of them because what little I've seen so far has me extremely interested.

It looks darker than the first one, but I feel like this is almost just going to be a setup movie for the third one. Oh well, I'll probably still enjoy it.
