Awareness and familiarity plays a lot into these things.

Last year Sasha Banks barely made it into the top ten, now she's the number one seed.

I was mainly saying in a year she'll grow and probably be even hotter and some of these other ladies will be retired.

I think awareness would play more of a part if we were trying to determine the best female wrestler as opposed to the best LOOKING female wrestler. Just saying that any random person could theoretically come in here and vote based solely on the photos, without knowing a thing about where their choice works, what their in-ring is like, etc. You don't need to be familiar with the chick to know whether she's hot or not, the pics do that job just fine.

While this is true in theory, people generally won't vote for someone they have never personally seen over someone who is probably equally as good looking but they do know. Stepping away from being general, Alexa Bliss was defeated by Maria Kanellis who won this whole thing last year. She's still a total smoke show and it's no indictment on Bliss to lose to her. However, this may be Maria's swan song as I see her popularity and probably her attractiveness going down soon while Alexa Bliss is going to go on the rise in popularity and her beauty.
