No Heels really stand out this year. HHH just made sure he was involved with the hottest guy in wrestling again. Him and Orton are more hated for how bad the Authority storyline has been. Heyman flopped with Rybaxel. Lesnar gets cheered to much to be a great heel. ADRs the only guy on that list that can be called a great heel in 2013 but alot of his heat is just smarks hating on him for being ADR, he's still a better heel than any other this year.

Paul Heyman, without a second thought. Trips has had too much face time this year (and it really outshines his heel time in both quality and length). Any vote for Brock is really a vote for Heyman in a lot of ways. Randy's just the same type of title holder heel that we've seen a hundred times. Let's see...I don't think I'm forgetting anything.
