WWE NXT head trainer Bill DeMott posted the following Tweet, hinting at the return of Tough Enough.

While he did not make mention of Tough Enough specifically, Vince McMahon noted at the WWE Network announcement in Las Vegas that reality TV would be part of the programming aired on the WWE Network, so it's reasonable to assume that Tough Enough might be one of the reality shows to which Vince was referring.

This can only mean one thing....... Who thinks they are #ToughEnough

I hope it comes back.

:mark: Yes. Yes. Yes.

As if I didn't need more reason to get the network.

Show was decent enough to watch, but nobody on that show was worth a damn except Ive which made the whole thing utterly fucking pointless in the end.

I'd check it out most likely if it returned but I can't say I'm clamouring for it to be back.

Don't know why it wasn't brought back on TV they were pulling the ratings they needed maybe the sole reason was third hour of Raw but not sure why they even felt the need to do that

It was simple. USA always wanted 3'hours of raw, wwe said no. USA said let's test what you can draw, TE drew well in that hour (not as well as the raw first hour) and USA said see we were right. Lets expand raw full time and we will pay you more, so we can never look back and our streak of being the number 1 cable company since 05 can't be messed with.

And fuck Ive, Andy, and Jeremiah ... Luke should've won and Rima was good tv

True but they could have just as easily moved it to another day, or another Universal Network.

Sad really that this tough enough, which was more impressive as a show, was less successful than the original in actual talent making it on air.

Would you bring Austin, Booker, Trish, and Demott back as a cast if they all agreed to be the trainers?

I would, thought they had great chemistry together, each brought something different.

Agreed I thought they fed off one another better than when they were using Holly, Snow, Ivory, and Taz types

Might cut out Booker he just seemed odd man out. Maybe have Steve do a little more than host? Dunno Booker felt out of place to me.

Cameron should be a trainer, and teach the girls how to get into the WWE even when you cut first.

Would be kind of cool to see, but wouldn't it kind of defeat the purpose of NXT? Wasn't the whole purpose of Tough Enough to see who was ready for the main roster?

The winner of Tough Enough would more than likely then go to NXT before getting promoted to the main roster like when they sent shitty Andy down to FCW first.

So basically they go through all that just to see who's tough enough for NXT, their developmental show? Kind of lame if you ask me.

Better than giving some shitty guy like the one who won in 2005 and almost broke Kurt's arm a spot in the Rumble match.
