I highly recommend checking out most of Magnum's JCP work before his devastating car accident in 1986. Dude was literally in the works to being booked as NWA World Champion within the next year before it happened.

I think he will be champion in 2025 but I do think it will not be rushed or soon - the reason being in kayfave this whole feud already is passed the title and Hangman's whole arc is that he let go of his championship aspirations so he could beat swerve by having a single minded focus
