Now that years have passed the PS3's library of games has greatly increased and it's going to get even better as time passes. So I think it's a good time to start compelling lists of your favorite PS3 games. I have played a lot of games on the PS3 so I have a pretty good judgment on some of the best games for the PS3. A certain group of games from the PS3's library stand out and that's the exclusives. The PS3 is finally kicking some ass with some of the best exclusives that continue to raise the bar. So my top 10 list will be of exclusive games. Without further a due here's the list.

Infamous was an interesting sandbox game(think Assassin's Creed and GTA) that actually managed to create a unique super hero/Villain character with Cole MacGrath. He's around an explosion and ends up with lighting powers. You know the super hero stuff but the citizens blame him for the explosion which makes the whole thing interesting. It has a karma system which means you can play either as a hero or a villain which is awesome because not many games allow you to play as a good and a bad guy. It's a good game but the side missions are extremely repetitive, his best friend is pretty annoying, and it has a good amount of glitches unfortunately but it's good and hopefully the sequel fixes the issues it had.

I know a lot of people love LBP but I'm in the minority and just found it to be a good amount of fun with nothing mind blowing. It did manage to create a new genre with the whole user creation methods which I can respect and it's a good platformer. I'm just not a huge fan of this type of platformer and I found the game to be too sensitive. The slightest movement can mess up what you're doing. Lots of people praise the hell out of this so I'd check it out and see what you think.

Some people consider this to be the best launch game for any platform and some people actually prefer this over the sequel. I personally love this because it got me into multiplayer, was my first PS3 game and in general got me into first person shooters. I consider this and Resistance 2 to be the best competition for Halo in terms of Sci Fi style FPS games. The atmosphere in this game is phenomenal and the Chimera are some of the most interesting enemies in any game. The graphics all most look last generation however and it's dated now. But it's one of the best FPS's campaign wise.
7.
Valkyria Chronicles is a successful combination of the Strategy/RPG/3rd Person Shooter genres. It's difficult to explain so I'd recommend watching videos. The game has about 30+ hours in it, every character including side character are given detail, and the artistic style of the game is done well. But it's a strategy game which means it can be a pain in the ass.
6.
The sequel to Fall of Man. Everything is improved in Resistance 2. It has some of the best gameplay from a FPS, has addicting co-op, unique weapons, and it has some of the absolute best multiplayer. Unfortunately it's campaign is extremely lackluster compared to the first but it's multiplayer makes up for some of it.
5.
It's an interactive thriller game. If you don't know what that means you should just check out some gameplay. This game isn't for everyone but I personally enjoyed it a lot. This game managed to create another new genre for the PS3 and it successfully creates emotions from players. I felt a lot of different emotions when I played this. It's just incredible that a video game managed to accomplish this. Four awesome characters, good replayability, and just a badass psychological thriller game.
4.
A perfect ending to the MGS saga. One thing that separates this from other MGS games is the ability to play it using stealth or 3rd person shooter style and incredible detail on the story through use of many cutsenes. Yes they're long but they're fucking awesome. It's pretty much a combination of being a movie and a game. On the bad side it's multiplayer sucks.
3.
The best first person shooter I've ever played. It has the best atmosphere, equal quality campaign and multiplayer which is very high quality, actually managed to look like a war with the amount of chaos, and Skirmish is a good alternative to co-op. But the multiplayer can be too clustered and Rico is an asshole. Still the FPS king though.
2.
An epic conclusion to the God of War Trilogy. It has the best graphics period, flawless gameplay, the most brutality, consistently amazing boss battles, badass weapons/magic powers, and the scale is outstanding. However it's replayability is very weak. If it had better replayability it would probably be the best PS3 game.
