2K5 was the best football game of all time. I still play it to this day.

And the only good MGS game was Snake Eater.

Oh shit, I forgot: NBA 2K5 as my number 7. Fuck was that game awesome. The only time I ever played a Live game afterwards was 06 because I had a GameCube and Live was the only basketball offering, and the dunk contest was sweet.

I think the makers of 2K5 made a PS3 sequel somewhere along the line. I thought 2K5 owned Madden that year, especially since it was 20 bucks. Madden 2004 was still better upon debut though, I think. After that they never changed anything of importance.

MGS2 and 1 and 4 were better than 3 actually. >_>

EDIT: Who can forget throwing the basketball of the big screen and dunking it?

Honorable Mentions: Whiplash, NBA Live 04, KH: Re-Chain of Memories, Gran Turismo 3, Fire Pro Wrestling Returns.

And before anyone asks, I don't like GOW or GTA.

How awesome is FPW? I've heard so much about it, to the point where I was about to sell all of my 360 games, since mine is modded I can burn whatever I want, so I could buy a PS2 and play it. But I kept contemplating it and wasn't sure how turned on I could get by a 2d wrestling title, no matter how deep it is. Give me an honest review.

They did make a sequel for the 360, called like All Legends Pro Football or something like that. I had it. It was cool that you could pick some all time greats for your squad but you were only allowed ONE gold star player, TWO silver stars and 3 or 4 bronze players, so that sucked and the playbook was small. They severely watered down their 2k series, which was hella fun all years, to make this game, it felt rushed.

At Enzo regarding FPW: I'll give you a longer sypnosis once I get on a regular computer, but it has over 300 wrestlers in it, 500 CAW slots, You can customize EVERYTHING about the ring, titles companies, refs, logos. The gameplay is really good, but shaky. It automatically grapples when you move towards someone and pulling off moves is an art. It's quite frustrating. But if you get over that and get the controls right, you're gonna have a lot of fun. Lots of match types, including an MMA match and a landmine deathmatch. >_>

You'll probably have to look hard to find it, but I would highly recommend getting it from online or something. And they have a 3D version of the game called King of Colosseum (1 and 2) if you're turned off by the 2D. I had a lot of fun with it, and it's not for everybody, because the wrestling system is so weird at first. So it's really up to if you think you can get used to a complicated wrestling game.

^^But wouldn't I need a modded PS2 to play KOC? I know about that game, the graphics are godly and it has like everyone of not from Puro history including personal favorites Vader and Misawa. If KOC is as deep as FPW, I'd rather play that, but only if it's Americanized.

The NFL 25K game is still my favorite Football game. Honestly if EA wouldn't have bought out the NFL rights I could have honestly seen the ESPN games out selling the Madden games year in and year out. The presentation was amazing, I honestly loved the Halftime and Post game reports or whatever the fuck they were called.

The crib was fucking awesome. Easily my favorite feature of the game; you had all of your accomplishments displayed in the trophy case or whatever, a sense of e-Pride lol. I could never beat Carmen Electra though. I never could get into the 1st person mode though.

That's something I don't know about. Stinger or someone can tell you about Jap PS2 games. Never actually played KOC, just know it's a 3D version of FP. FPW: returns is still cool though, but I understand your plight with the SNES graphics. D: My only advice would be to look some stuff up about modded PS2s I guess. It sucks, because the way KOC looks, it would be total epicness if they did a 3rd version and brought it to the US. The game has fucking Muhammad Ali in it. >_>

Resident Evil Code Veronica would be near perfect if it wasn't for the main villain of the game being a fucking cross dresser psychopath.
