No from what I'm aware, also Idk if ROH even technically owns the names. Just the footage from when they performed there by they used those names everywhere. Also Claudio castagnoli might just be his real name as well

that makes logical sense to me as well. they can play the footage, they can refer to said people (they already could do that tbh). they could sell collections with said matches. but yeah i believe thats where it ends?

i think we'll likely get all the branding, arenas. etc. the internet creators will take care of the rest as far as missing talent at least

As far as I understand it yeah. I don't think they have to pay royalties for airing footage or anything, likewise with WWE on the network bc I think that was actually a slight controversy when the network became a thing years ago

yeah i believe that makes sense to me too. u won the footage forever unless your buying broadcast rights only. at least thats how i see it.

I had no faith ROH was surviving the year with Sinclair so while it's a low bar, whatever happened even ROH closing is better than the previous ownership lol bc the content is in good hands at least. Obviously I'd want them to stay operating tho
