- On TNA IMPACT last night during the press conference video highlight package, the local news show that was featured had a TNA logo with 3 wrestlers shown on it. The three stars were TNA's AJ Styles and WWE's Jeff Hardy and Marcus Cor Von.

- We're hearing that Stephanie McMahon has fired two more WWE workers. It's just coming out that thw two names were released quietly within the past week. No names have been reported yet, but should be coming out within the next few days. It's probably not someone on the three main rosters and are probably drom developmental deals or maybe someone from behind the scenes. One of the firing is said to have a hilarious story behind it. We'll keep you updated on any more details we hear.

- WWE's Saturday Night's Main Event scored a 2.2 rating with a 5 share.

- Jeff Hardy described his current WWE scheduled in a recent interview as "Pretty much recuperate, wash a few clothes, pay my bills. There's not much time to do anything when you're on this schedule. We did 11 shows back to back, which was pretty brutal.â€￾

- WWE is motioning for a lawsuit filed against them and The Sandman by Karlene Boutwell for alleged assault and battery during the Sandman’s entrance on an August 2006 broadcast of ECW on Sci Fi to be thrown out. WWE notes that the suit was filed in Tennessee; however Boutwell is a Florida resident, they are a Connecticut based company and The Sandman is a resident of Pennsylvania.

- A dark main event with WWE Champion John Cena vs. Umaga is being advertised for this Monday’s three-hour special edition of RAW. The event sold out well in advance with employees and wrestlers even unable to obtain tickets for friends.

- Scott Steiner is currently listed as being in serious condition in the hospital in Puerto Rico. Fortunately, he is expected to make a full recovery. Backstage announcer Jeremy Borash is down in Puerto Rico tending to Steiner and his wife.
- At this point, the plan for Monday Night Raw is to have the entire roster from all three brands assembled in one place for the show.

- Former WCW star Glacier was also backstage at this week's WWE TV tapings.

- There was an incident backstage at this week's SmackDown! tapings where a number of indy wrestlers who were visiting backstage were loudly reprimanded by WWE's John Laurinaitis for coming into the backstage catering area and helping themselves. One guy who helps out backstage at TNA shows, was singled out by Laurinaitis saying WWE would never send their workers backstage to eat TNA's catering.

Stomper the Kangaroo, which was the TNA mascot that made a few appearances in the Impact Zone last month, appears to be a dead idea.

- The idea of X Division tag titles has been brought up in TNA several times recently, but nothing is confirmed yet on whether they will or will not be used. Jarrett has always been negative on the idea since he feels the more titles you have, the less they mean.

- There's a monthly feature in WWE Magazine where the editors ransack the WWE warehouse that holds old props, banners, etc. In the latest issue of the magazine, they feature the old WCW Thunder logo sign that was a part of the WCW Thunder set from early 1998 through March 2000. Enclosed in the magazine is a recent picture of the sign in the warehouse and an old photo of the sign in the background as a bikini-clad Madusa makes her entrance to the ring. Anyways, here is what they wrote regarding the sign and WCW Thunder:

"Who could forget WCW's late 90's B-show WCW Thunder--where you could catch such titans as Horace Hogan and Lash LeRoux duke it out to see who could make viewers change the channel the fastest. And now the sign--now in its rightful place, forgotten on a junk heap in northern Connecticut-was there for it all."

Well that proves how much passion Jeff has for the sport, I mean come one 11 shows back to back.

How did the "assault" happen?

Truer words could never be more spoken. Even WCW admitted near the end that the show sucked.

the lawsuit is because he cracked his beer which spilt on her and then as he stepped forward the sigapore kane was under his arm and hit her in the back of the head. She didn't even require medical attention, its total bullshit. You goto an ECW taping, you know Sandman enters through the crowd and sprays beer, and he carries a stick. you have to be prepared for that.
