Good call by Impact. People cry about cancel culture but if I run a business and someone says something that's going to f*** with my $$$ then sayonara.
No one wrestler carries a company. WWE would live on without Roman Reigns. AEW would carry on without Kenny Omega. and there won't be any Impact on their numbers from Tommy Dreamer getting the boot.
People don't get 'cancelled' for no reason. If you say the wrong thing, if you defend inexcusable behavior, if you condone illegal activities...if you do or say something you shouldn't then don't be surprised if there's a public backlash.
Sounds like you like people being canceled.
When I read the story, I was thinking its just his story. It's not like he was involved. If he didn't see what THEY accused Flair of, then I don't know what's "cancel-able" about that comment. Shouldn't the ire be at... FLAIR?
I ...mean... if this is well known, in my opinion is this is nothingburger. The anger is directed at the wrong person. I get he shouldn't be making comments like that, but. He had nothing to do with the accusations.
I also think that it VERY easy for a woman to accuse a celebrity, and make bank from it. That's where I'm at with this subject. Flair's just an easy target, and needs to clean up.
I guess that's how he earned that "dirtiest player" gimmick. Who thought of that gimmick anyway? So stupid. It doesn't help Flair's reputation.
Also, Tommy shouldn't have to apologize. It only enabled more of the same down the road when he does the same thing again.
Never. Bend. Your. Knees to cancel culture. End of story. I hope he is sincerely sorry, but that tweet puts a target on HIS back on Social Media.
