SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (KTLA) -- Authorities in San Bernardino are searching for the gunman who critically wounded a 22-year-old pregnant woman and shot two toddlers, killing one of them.
Dispatchers received the call at 7:40 p.m. from the 1300 block of D Street, said Lt. David Harp. Initial reports indicated that the shooter fired shots from a moving car into the woman's home, but Harp said evidence suggests that the suspect may have fired while outside a vehicle on foot.
Why the shooter opened fire on the home is not yet clear, he said. The gunman fled the scene on foot.
