Yeah, the design is the biggest part of it. They've been decent on belts so far, so I'm not too worried. But you never know, this could be the one that looks horrible.

The belt might actually be quite handy when they add that second show on TNT.

A second belt enables them to have a title defended on every show without the World Champ having to wrestle.:

Dynamite first hour main event every week: 15 Min time-limit TNT title match. (If it's not defended every week then it's just another belt and what's the point in that?) - depending on the match up, have it main event Dynamite proper.
AEW Dark main event every week: 15 Min time-limit TNT title match.

Put it on an ass like MJF and have him retain via count out or dick around to get a time limit draw when he's getting whipped OR put it on a babyface like Cody and have him win every match. It doesn't matter which as long as the rules are different enough to the World Title, consistently followed and it gives the Champion exposure.

IMO a television title would be a very good thing. A second singles belt along the lines of WWEs IC or US titles is pointless (at the moment).

Yeah, the belt design needs to be different from the World Championship.

As for "TNT Championship", i'm sure that it will grow on everyone eventually. I can understand them doing it given that "TV Championship" has been done plenty of times already by others and WWEs established the country and global names for titles.

I was all for them holding off on adding another one to AEW but it's time to give guys like Darby Allin, Sammy G, Hangman Page, MJF, etc. something to chase. Their roster is getting too big to only have one Mens singles title now.
