I can praise TNA all I want, but there is no doubt that they misuse some of their workers. Lots of them actually have talent, the sad part is most of them end up quitting because they know they have no future with the company and they'll probably end up being a mid-carder for life. Here are a few examples of this:

Jimmy Rave: He was impressive in ROH, but instead, TNA stuck him in a tag team with Lance Rock and all they do is job every week. Why don't they just break this team up or give them a serious gimmick so they can really show of their talent? And I said their because...

Lance "Rock": Lance Hoyt is talented too. I think he has a unique wrestling style, he isn't just another big man like we usually see in WWE. Hoyt brings an innovative offensive style and I think he deserves a good push. His gimmick makes him look like a joke.

The Motor City Machine Guns: Shelley and Sabin are being de-pushed because they don't want to blade which is fine...but...that was 8 months ago. Don't you think its time to forgive and forget? The Guns are awesome, and its not because they can do a bunch of flips. They actually work as one cohesive unit, something a lot of tag teams seem to forget. TNA needs to give them a second chance, and let them get a good push in the tag team division. Or at the very least, break them up and push both as singles competitors.

Christopher "Curry Man" Daniels: Enough! I have had enough of the Curry Man gimmick! I'm not asking to give Daniels an 11 month title reign, but please, bring back the Fallen Angel. I loved Curry Man for the first 2-4 months that we saw him but now the gimmick is old. I feel bad for Daniels, he can cut a great promo and he can go in the ring yet he never really got a chance in the main event.

Johnny Devine: Yes, its outdated. But still, I really liked Johnny Devine as a wrestler and I think its a shame that they let him go. The X-Division needs more wrestlers, all they needed to do was give Devine a better gimmick, or at least give him some kind of character, and he would have been good. His role as Team 3D's associate was ok up until he just randomly came out to help them in matches, but was nowhere to be found when 3D came out on iMPACT! every week for a match or promo.

Kaz: I have only this to say. The Suicide gimmick = epic fail. Bring back Kaz and let him kick some ass in the X-Division again

Raisha Saeed: Its not that Saeed isn't getting a push, its just that her gimmick is absolutely horrible. She can't do an arab accent to save her life, its actually embarrassing to watch. TNA needs to take that stupid burka off her and let her come out as Cheerleader Melissa.

The Beautiful People: They are pimped all over iMPACT! but they seem to never win. If you aren't going to push them, then save some TV time for people that you actually intend to push.

Kevin Nash: Get him out of the ring, give Don West his own little "Deal of the day" web show, and have Nash replace West as color commentator. Nash has the voice for it, and he's funny. He could add a lot to the on air presentation and it would be much better than seeing him bore me to death in the ring

So there are a few guys/girls that I feel can be used better in TNA. I think the product as a whole has been hot lately, and I've definitely enjoyed it. There is still room for improvement however, and the perfect way to do that is try and utilize your talent better. I hope TNA does this to at least one or two of the people I listed above in the near future.

What do you guys think? Do you have anyone to add/take away from my list?

I agree for the most part...but someone has to job, i guess. I'm not too worried about Kaz yet, and he's been booked solid so far. MCMG or Bueatiful people have been booked alright. I'd like to hope Daniels returns, better than ever. I agree Nash should be in the booth.

For the most part, you hit just about every tna star that isn't really where they should be. I really can't add much more to this.

The thing about the Guns is that we don't know what they're like backstage. Maybe they've been given opportunities to blade and they keep refusing. Mark my words, the SECOND they put knife to forehead, they'll be in the title hunt.

Lance Hoyt had main event potential in 2005-2006 with the HOYT SECTION in the iMPACT! Zone, that was epic

Daniels was madness. He was one of the greatest TNA superstars ever, but since his storyline with Sting bombed for some reason they lost faith with him and Triple X...ugh

The Beautiful People are not wasted, they are hot, and they are on every week therefore I am happy.

I have one complaint...

a certain individual...

...by the name of Monty Brown. They wasted him to push him aside for Christian and/or Samoa Joe. If you think Joe has more charisma than Monty you are crazy. Sure Monty isn't X-Division, but his main move was way more devastating than anything Joe has.

Pretty good list and I pretty much agree with them all..

I gotta add Roxxi..yes she has been used good in storylines and such sorta..But I think after all she has done for TNA with the bleeding the hard way shaving her head and being great in the ring she deserves that TNA Knockout Title.

Only person I am adding is Roxxi.

I agree with all that's listed with the expection of Saaed. Sure, she'd be way better off in the cheerleader gimmick that she had in the indies but that doesent mean she's bad or wasted on where she is now. She's a vary good heel maneger and plays her gimmick well.

You can also add, my most hated wrestler of all time, Sting to that list.

I agree with Saeed being wasted on the basis that she's an amazing wrestler. There aren't many women better than her and she never gets to show us. But given that she gets so much air time, she gets what she deserves. She just doesn't really earn it in the way she should be, lol.

Well, TNA are concentrating on the washed out wrestlers from WWE just for one reason; RATINGS. So most feuds are revolving around those old-shits. Those leaving the younger talents out of the equation.

TNA are trying too hard to raise the rating bar, but they are at the same time losing their unique style that they tried to have in their prior years.

And ofcourse WWE don't still use Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Chris Jericho etc. (names that have been around for years) for the exact same reason.

I think that some of the use of the old stars is uncalled for such as Sting, Team 3d etc. but I think you need a balance too. You can't blame all of it on TNA wanting ratings, they don't get ratings from them so.

Yes, lets completely forget about the old school vs NEW school feud which is there just to put over the young guys

Myself I liked Judas Mesias. I think he could have evolved into something better as I think Ricky Banderas is a good wrestler. I would have liked to see him feud with Rhino or maybe become a member of LAX as Banderas but they ditched him.

As Monty Brown is concerned I personally was never impressed by him. I think giving Samoa Joe the push instead of Brown was the right idea for TNA as I think Joe is alot better in the ring.

You can add Traci Brooks to that list and cut out Devine and Hoyt. Also i wouldn't consider the Beautiful People wasted talent they are a big part of Impact.

Petey Williams. Everybody loves his finisher but he is also quite good as a heel because he's Canadian so he could easily say " Canada is better then USA" and he is hated, simple. But with the whole "little Petey Pump" thing he is being wasted terribly! Steiner is old and cannot talk well, sure he does the odd good suplex but thats not good enough, Petey being with him is terrible and he looks like a blueberry too. I say fire Scott or help him put people over like he was meant to do with Petey to start with and move Petey to where Kaz was before
