I fucking hate his gimmick, his thing is that he cuts meta promos in a dull voice about how he hates modern wrestling. They teamed him up with Kozlov too

As for in ring he's still the same Fandango

Damn, a shame they didn't actually bank on the "dirty" thing, he was fun as sleazy Curtis on NXT.
