Why does Impact Plus have these fade to black like things for commercials for PPVs during matches

Most of this footage used on Plus was pre-edited for a TV channel that used to run old TNA. Might even still run them, tbh.

One of my main drawbacks for Plus. I feel the tapes should be remastered for sure.
