I'm proud to say I've never heard of that channel before. And I consider myself an average TV person.

You have obviously not read the line up of Destination America.

Few animal shows.

It's food shows (history of Bacon, BBQ/burgers etc) and ghost hunting shows.

It's redneck TV
I've watched it, and all I saw was hunting shows. But I guess that was a while ago.

I just read Destination America actually exists since '96 and went through multiple rebrandings in order to grow but failed every time. Like T&A. They were known as Planet Green until 2012, or something.

They have shows such as Hillbilly Dynamite Fishing and Sheep Hotline.

The viewers might think they are watching a lot of Wyatt family segments. This'll work out fine

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, while TNA moving from Spike TV to Destination America in early 2015 will mean the show being broadcast in less homes, the company is looking at the step as a positive direction for its future. The network is said to be fully on-board with the wrestling promotion, and they are taking steps to promote the product in new ways.

For one, TNA will see a lot more air time than the two hours every week Spike TV gave them for years on Thursday nights, and more recently on Wednesday. There will be a replay of Impact Wrestling every week, in addition to the first-run of the show, plus new secondary series and unique specials. With the success of British Boot Camp in the UK, there has been talk of bringing the show to American television, or even creating a new U.S. version of the show.

The old plan was to run a live show from New York on January 7th, the first Wednesday of the new year, but plans have changed. While nothing has been officially announced, TNA has informed talent that they will have an update in the next few days. There is talk of doing a series of TV tapings in late December, but right now things are still up in the air.

I suppose things aren't all bad. If the network gets really behind TFA and gives them a lot if time to broadcast shows.

They're all just spinning shit in a positive direction, it's all fine and dandy until a harsh reality strikes. Let's face it, it's TNA, they can't produce a consistently good product anymore. They're garbage.
