I feel like whether or not they have to come all the way down with the belt is pretty inconsistent in TNA cause I know I’ve seen matches where the bell rings while they’re still standing or sitting on the top ropes, but that being said Leon getting speared mid air and Moose picking up the belt to retain is smart as fuck booking since Moose himself was not as athletically inclined to be able to do the rope stunts.
