Ron Killings doesn't appear on TNA anymore for the same reason Austin Starr doesn't: He was released. His absence prior to his release was due to a legit injury, which he recovered from in time to have that match at Slammiversery.
Oh and btw, I know for a fact that, in the Truth's case, the release was mutual.
Believe it or not, you've GOT TNA originals in the main event. Look back at the King of the Mountain match. A majority of the wrestlers in that match had never worked for WWE in any form other than on a one night stand (no sexual reference intended). Also, as I already said, the first man to become eligible to win the match was a TNA original.
Well, no offense, you may be right, but that isn't whats happening now. Again, let me say that I DON'T think "TNA originals" are getting de pushed, I DO think that they should be getting more attention in the ME than they are. I hope Samoa Joe wins all the belts from Angle (though putting the tag titles in was stupid). But still I think a Styles vs. Joe feud, or a Daniels vs. Joe feud would do better than any feud that Angle is in.
Additionally, there should be NO excuse right now as to why MCM and LAX shouldn't be feuding over the tag titles by now. Clearly they are the two best teams in TNA. But with this whole Angle vs. Joe nonsense, the tag titles are basically being used as a prop to make whoever has "all the gold" look more powerful. The tag titles have no merit on Joe or Angle winning them because they aren't tag wrestlers. Its just more gold they can sling over their shoulders, to make them look like they have a crapload of titles. I mean Angle is carrying around the IWGP title and he isn't even the real champion! Again, using a title as a meaningless prop. I would say that half the people watching TNA right now have no idea what promotion the IWGP title is even involved in.
Rant over...
