Well from what I've heard most of the Von Erichs weren't exactly the sharpest tools in the shed. Jim Cornette's shoot interview in particular talks about how Kerry laced his walkman cord into his boots and how when the others would travel to wrestling shows if they couldn't find the building they would just go home.
