9/8 Impact Wrestling:


*D'Angelo Dinero & Devon defeated The British Invasion.

*Jeremy Borash announced the four finalists for the Bound for Glory series - James Storm, Gunner, Robert Roode and Bully Ray. They announced a Four Corners match for No Surrender with the winner getting the title shot at Bound for Glory.

*TNA TV champ Eric Young pinned Robbie E.

*Winter and Angelina Love defeated Velvet Sky & TNA Knockouts champ Mickie James.

*Ken Anderson defeated TNA champ Kurt Angle by DQ when Immortal interfered. Sting got involved.
*They announced that The Network had given Jeff Hardy the chance to speak his mind. Hardy came out and said that he let everyone down, both the fans and everyone in the back. He asked everyone to give him one more shot to prove himself, even if they cannot forgive him for what he's done.


Hardy specifically mentioned the Victory Road PPV where he had personal issues that put the show into the toilet, commenting that he let the fans, the company and the other wrestlers down. He understood that he might not be forgiven but asked that everyone give him one more chance.
The crowd in Huntsville got behind Hardy, chanting "One More Chance" as he left the ring, placing the mic down in the ring before exiting the venue. The scene will close the 9/8 Impact Wrestling episode.

Boo I want The British Invasion to get the titles not jobbing out to push the Pope/Devon feud.

I don't mind the four finalists in the BFG series. Really hoping that one of Beer Money wins it, preferably Roode.

Finally the TV title is defended.

Hilarious that Jeff Hardy's return will air on tv on the 8th of September which is the same day as his next court date where he is expected to be sentenced. Imagine if he is sent to jail/rehab and then that night this promo airs :/

Show looks kinda pointless. Would love to see Roode or Storm win the BFG series match. If title stays on Angle I think one of them has to win.

It sounds a better show at least as far as in ring qauilty goes.

1. It was expected that the four corners BFGS match would be booked, and it is logically, so I guess the dream of Roode who is the most deserving winner of actually winning it is still alive, just unlikely in my eyes.

2. Do we know who pinned who in that Knockout's Tag match? If James was pinned a week after winning the title back, then that is dumb booking.

3. Good that Angle/Anderson/Hardy thing sounds a fucking a mess. First of all unless Anderson is going to get another shot at No Surrender why did he beat Angle? Also what else is Jeff Hardy going to say to the fans? Fine he will get his last chance if he doesn't get a big setence, but if he does then his comeback will look a little pointless.
