Can anyone tell me why this match is happening? What's the build?

The night Chavo debuted in TNA, Kid Kash and Gunner came down and started running down Chavo, saying he was no legend and didn't deserve automatic respect. Then they attacked him and Hernandez came down and made the save.

So...tag team match - Guerrero/Hernandez vs. Kash/Gunner.
