I am almost positive impact ones count still because I’m pretty sure it’s the same belt regardless. The one I am wondering about is the resurrected TNA title when he just proclaimed himself tna world champion while Tessa was still the Impact world champion. I’m not sure if they’ll count that as a third TNA title for him.

My guess is that’s referring to the impact title that he had before and while acknowledging that he sanctioned the other belt, TNA are considering it a separate belt. Because it was. If you even go on the Wikipedia for the belt, moose and Swann are the only two people to hold it.
