For some reason, I can’t recall who you are even referring to, but I believe it.

Probably the Bro-Man’s.

They'd just broken up Generation Me too which is the epic part. And there was no MCMG because that reckless dumbfuck Anarquia injured Sabin

Wait they broke up Generation Me? I'm blanking a little. I do remember they had a epic Full Metal Mayhem with The Machine Guns

Yeah they did and it was a dumb feud that no one wanted to see. It was supposedly to bolster the X Division except that (1) why can't an X Division have a tag team in it (2) this was a time when the division was buried anyway by putting it on Abyss

I always thought there was a clever way to give them new names by having their last names be Buck.

Beer Money and MCMG at that point in time was by far the best Tag Team wrestling you could see in main stream US Wrestling. They were one of the very few reasons why I watched TNA back then.
You could say the same about AMW, Team Canada and Triple X a few years earlier

That was so weird, I mean Brian Kendrick beating Abyss was a pretty cool moment. And Austin Aries using Option C. But sometimes I think they could've done so much more with Generation Me. And Wolfe and Magnus had Wolfe not gotten hepatitis

Magnus had his brief time as the ace a couple years later. Idk. Company was in bad shape already by that time but I don't think top guy Magnus was really doing much to raise the standard.

Wasn't he on top during the Heel Dixie run?

Magnus had his feet pulled out from under him that entire run. Deserved much better than dropping the belt to Eric Young.

I always thought Doug Williams would get a big push after his matches with AJ. But I get it Magnus was more marketable

In 2014 TNA? I feel like at least it was a memorable title change. Idk who else he could have lost it to that would have been much better with the company in the state it was in lol.
