WON: Impact Wrestling making a "Major Play" to get Buddy Murphy.

On the topic of Murphy, Meltzer wrote:

Don’t know anything regarding AEW, but do know that Impact is making a major play for the former Murphy.

Buddy System in Impact yes please. Man Ace Austin vs Buddy Murphy is the first Match I would love to see.

I would think the way Rich Swann, Trey Miguel and Ace Austin have been positioned in Impact as perennial big shots would be attractive to Murphy, for him to know that his size (even though he's looking yoked now) will not be any kind of limitation for him.

PWInsider.com has confirmed Impact Wrestling has signed the following talents, who debuted at this week's Impact Wrestling TV tapings:

*Drama King Matt - The former Aiden English, who's debut was teased during a vignette at Slammiversary.

*Savannah Evans - The female star from the Carolinas, who has made AEW Dark appearances and was trained by the legendary George South.

*John Skyler - The Carolinas veteran who has appeared as Ricky Roberts on WWE programming and competed for AEW several times. Skyler returned this year from a torn ACL and has previously toured All-Star Wrestling in Europe.

During an appearance on Sean “X-Pac” Waltman’s Pro Wrestling 4 Life podcast, W. Morrissey (formerly known as Big Cass) discussed making amends with Joey Janela for their past issues: “I spoke to Joey the weekend of WrestleMania. At GCW, I did a show. I spoke with Joey, and we’re really cool, man. We buried the hatchet. That was one that I really, genuinely needed to apologize to the guy in person. I like to do things face to face. I really was looking forward to going to the show. I didn’t even know if he was going to be there. I know he’s associated. I was hoping he was going to be there. I happened to walk in, we started talking right away, and I was super happy about that. He’s cool as can be, and I appreciate him being super understanding.”

This is cool, Cass really does seem to be getting his shit together and I'm actually enjoying him on screen when I didn't expect to Happy for the guy honestly
