It had rules sure, but I don’t think it’s hard to understand.

I’m sure the very first time the Royal Rumble took place and the announcer had to say the rules for the first minute. It felt likea lot.

I’ll be honest, though if they just need to simplify it to bring it back yearly just get rid of the penalty box. Everything else is what I like about them and the penalty box I could take or leave.
