classic rules are elimination but they don't enforce people being sent to the back so you can keep wrestling but putting you through a table a second time means nothing

historically yes but the way the announcers were acting it made it seem weird

I actually haven’t seen too many tag team tables matches, but I remember in 2002 the one I remember seeing the most where they were supposed to leave after getting put through a table. It was the one where the Dudley Boyz reunited at the end.
