He just doesn't have any exception qualities to be a main eventer. He doesn't have any sort of character, doesn't have any mic skills that makes you want to sit down and listen to him and he's not exceptional in the ring either where you can overlook everything else he does. He should be a midcarder at best, there's way more people who should be ahead of him.

I'm a fan of Magnus, he's good enough for me to enjoy him in the ring, could be better on the mic, but not bad, and really young so that have time to build him up and establish him.

Now that Samoa Joe is in MEM, I think that it is gonna end up being him vs Bully Ray. But, Magnus is looking good right now. Since he already has 17 points.

I was wondering now that Aries is now x-champ and going to Des' X is he still in the BFG series?

I'd assume he's still in unless he actually wins the title at Destination X, which I think is unlikely.

As far as the current standings go, I'm very pleased Magnus has won his first two matches and leads. This platform is perfect to build a new star and Magnus should be that guy. Four years ago in the British Invasion, I wasn't a fan of the guy at all but now I think he's got a future.

AJ is still the logical pick to win. A come from behind victory like they did with Roode two years ago is most likely going to occur. Speaking of Roode, very surprised he's 0-2, although he's faced the golden boy Jeff Hardy and a guy they're building in Magnus. He desperately needs a win next week

I am another that is a fan of Magnus, he has made huge progress since he debuted in TNA and just keeps getting better. He isn't amazing in the ring but he is good and is improving on the mic. TNA need to build new stars and he is their top young guy.

The next stage in the “Bound For Glory Seriesâ€￾ will be in your hands. Starting now on ImpactWrestling.com through Monday, July 29th, you will have the opportunity to vote for the BFG Series matches airing on August 1st and August 8th from Wichita Falls, TX on Spike TV! With the winner of the BFG Series getting a World Title Match, this fan vote gives you a say in the competition. YOU ARE IN CONTROL! Join the conversation on Twitter:#BFGSeriesFanVote

Here are your three card choices:

Card #1
Jeff Hardy vs. Mr. Anderson
Magnus vs. Samoa Joe
AJ Styles vs. Bobby Roode
Joseph Park vs. Hernandez
Austin Aries vs. Christopher Daniels
Frankie Kazarian vs. Jay Bradley

Card #2
Austin Aries vs. AJ Styles
Mr. Anderson vs. Magnus
Christopher Daniels vs. Frankie Kazarian
Bobby Roode vs. Hernandez
Joseph Park vs. Jay Bradley
Samoa Joe vs. Jeff Hardy

Card #3
Samoa Joe vs. Austin Aries
Jeff Hardy vs. Hernandez
Jay Bradley vs. Bobby Roode
Magnus vs. Frankie Kazarian
Mr. Anderson vs. Joseph Park
AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels

Interesting idea to allow fans to pick the match-ups for two weeks of BFG Series matches, would have been even better if we had complete control to pick the match-ups rather than chosing from the three cards provided.

For me I am picking Card #2. Aries vs. AJ and Daniels vs. Kazarian are the two main reasons.

Which card are you picking?

Shame there isn't a card with no Anderson involved! Think I will pick 1 just ahead of 2 with Park VS. Hernadez letting the first one down.

Would not mind seeing Magnus going all the way now maybe to feud with a fellow MEM member.

I was thinking the same thing but for Hernandez.

It does look like Magnus will go all the way and he should. TNA need someone new in the mainevent and not someone that has been around the company for a decade already.

Kind of torn whether or not I wanna see Aries/Styles or Roode/Styles more.

8/1/13 IMPACT WRESTLING Live! Update
-Bobby Roode finally broke his dry spell with a fresh win over Hernandez. Add his first 7 points in the Series.
- A 7 point win was enough to call Joseph Park's win over Jay Bradley a "win" - but it still wasn't enough to pull him out of his double digit deficit.
- Add 7 points for a hard-fought Austin Aries win over AJ Styles - landing him in a 3-way tie for third place behind the 2nd place Styles.

-----------

Not going to lie, I've not watched a single BFG Series match this year as I just can't get into it knowing that Magnus is going to steamroll his way through it.

Not giving Bradley the win over Park was a terrible decision. Park is a comedy character that doesn't need wins and Bradley is the Gutcheck winner so surely you give him an easy win or two against guys like Park.

I think most people are forgetting that points soon become irrelevant. As long as you're in the top four, it doesn't matter if you have 60 points or 17 points. So while Magnus may be in control now; that doesn't mean he's a shoe in. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see TNA build a brand new star, but to say this is over is somewhat premature.

I still think AJ winds up winning this whole thing

The points may soon become irrelevant for the top four but I would still rather the Gut Check winner to pick up a couple of wins and some points rather than the comedy character in Park.

Yeah, and one of the points of TBFGS is surely to improve the status of younger guys even if they don't have much hope of actually winning it.

I am still behind Magnus coming out on top. I guess AJ could benefit also, but I just feel he has gone as far as he can in TNA, where as there would be a number of fresh possibilities for Magnus if he won the series and maybe even the title. At some point you could have him break away from the MEN and fued with people like Joe or Angle.
