Also, Trick was a tremendous heel champion and I hope WWE took notice of what an absolute star he looked like, sounded like and carried himself as for when they call him up. Don’t stick him with the Miz for a year. His stock should be high after going on two shows a week and looking like the man. He had every bit the part in making Santana’s moment matter as Santana himself did. They did an excellent job.

The difference is Slater isn’t contracted to wrestle for TNA. He’s being borrowed by the NXT system so unfortunately TNA has to run all their finishes by Shawn Michaels.

I assume people are filing in, so it doesn't look full yet... but holy crap. This crowd is crazy big. Also personally... did TNA used to do the national anthem on PPVs? I don't remember it being a thing in the Scott era. I hate it. Anyways... Maclin v Kaz. I guess it's like a special entrance for him but meh. Ngl it's slightly amusing to me that both "International" champs have been American.

Energetic start from Maclin. I prefer him as a heel but this is cool. And now it's Kaz with a sunset bomb to the floor. This is already better than their other match.

Oh shit he won the belt back. Fair. Why is Silva giving him the belt?? This is so weird. Anyways, great opening match. Two guys who became stars in TNA, putting on a banger. If this is a sign of things to come, I will be happy.

Wow, Gia looks like a real star. Dare I say, she resembles Stephanie Vaquer a bit. Jody looks good too. This match is basically just a beat down so far... glimpses of what Gia can do in the ring though. And the ref ejected Crawford! Nice.

Oh it's over lmao. This isn't over, is it? Hate that finish ngl. Overall it wasn't a great match imo. Gia has done some indy work + IPWF but is clearly in need of ring action. I'm not judging her performance, if anything I admire her for this - but yeah, not great.

... Why the fuck is there an injury report on a PPV? LMAO. The guys announced for BFG will obviously compete. Hendry is probably just going to NXT. Lame.

Hmm, I get the feeling Williams will compete as he's not injured... and there we go. He's been called "Saint" but Hannifan acknowledged his full name. Hope "Saint" is just a nickname for him, going forward.

Ngl I don't know BDE but he has a nice cutter. This feels slightly... WWE. "Welcome to the big league, kid" yep... WWE.

All 3 Rascalz at once. That makes total sense lmao. "Home Town Man" has totally revitalised Deaner's career, he is so over.

Oh shit it's the big guy from the FBI! I liked them at last year's shows. I was surprised they weren't signed. Damn, Luna is out. Idk who wins now. We haven't had any NXT people yet, which is interesting. HUH? Frankie? I guess he's in the gauntlet? And Cobra'd.

Wow, this is legit a proper TNA gauntlet. No NXT involvement. Also no legends. Hmm, this finish seems stupid. Lmao two gauntlet winners. Nic cashes in on the winner of the Hardys v 3D later so that the other team can go off to NXT?

Kaz gets to be the first guy to fuck up 2 cash-ins. Lmao the trophy holding is hilarious though. Overall a funny gauntlet, very entertaining. I can't say it was full of quality though.

That wide shot of the crowd just blew my mind. Insanely big crowd. Wow. Also, I have decided that the TNA logo looks perfect when it has the "Wrestling" text below it. With no text it looks awkward. Lol.

Oh jeez Indi was kind of struggling there with the powerbomb. It's otherwise been a decent match. Wow, Jordan got her leg up that high to break the count. And Jordan retains. Ehh, I didn't feel this match.

Looking forward to the rest of the show tomorrow though!
