They medically disqualify Devon, and then they look the other way when it happens in a legally "different" promotion
Why would WWE give a fuck about TNA doing that? TNA is not WWE. They are 2 separate companiesSky said:They medically disqualify Devon, and then they look the other way when it happens in a legally "different" promotion
which has nothing to do with D-Von not being allowed to compete in WWESky said:If TNA made their own decisions Slater would have pinned Je'Von
That Bully Ray run was great, one of my fondest memories from TNA, he was so easy to hate on. I'm one of the few people who also enjoyed the Aces and Eights thing. As for Devon, I remember him as the TV champion beating the whole midcard for months while being pretty much directionless, he was booked strong but I didn't enjoy that run.Pretty massive deal when they came to TNA and were always a top team, occasionally mingling with the main event. Ray and Devon both had their greatest singles runs in TNA as well. I'm sure a WWE retirement would have still been their preference but safe to assume, WWE wasn't trying to host that shit.

But yeah I don't believe I ever saw them teaming up in TNA.
