F4W Bulletin:
According to sources inside the company, Buff Bagwell sandbagged Scott Hall several times throughout their match on "TNA Impact!", openly showing that he "wasn't trying, and phoned in" according to these sources. Bagwell is set to face Vampiro in a match at TNA's "No Surrender" PPV, though these plans may change in light of this incident. He was fined for the incident by TNA CEO Eric Bischoff, and no updates are available at this time. Stay tuned for any news to follow.

Honestly... the Main Event and it's aftermath of this last Impact seems to me the perfect end for Luger's full-time career. Him having one more small program with Sting and having one more actual great Main Event match on TV as the climax of that program, after years and years of a continuous spiral of horrendous work... and finish it all with a handshake and a hug with Sting... that would be pretty much as good as it could get for Lex, within a mostly realistic framework. At least full-time, like I said.

Eric Bischoff Holds Media Scrum for Wrestling Journalists
Q. We've heard reports that one of your Young Lions, James Storm, has been learning from Sting in a sort of mentorship, any confirmation to that?

A. There's no-one more worthy of being listened to and to learn from in this business than Sting. He's just about done it all. Storm is going to benefit from this.

Q. You recently hired Tommy Dreamer to join the company? How do you see him fitting in?

A. We have a very competitive roster; where Dreamer will fit in depends on him, how hard he works, and how hard he wants it.

Q. Speaking of mentors, is there any truth to Arn Anderson mentoring Lash LaRoux?

A. Lash has been learning from Arn, improving his game, and Arn is another excellent teacher and trainer. It's going to be a good pairing.

Q. America's Most Wanted won the TNA World Tag Team Championships tonight. How long do you think they'll hold onto those titles?

A. Well that depends entirely on those boys, Chris Harris and James Storm. There's a lot of great competition here on TNA Impact!, not to mention the bevy of young up-and-coming teams on X-Plosion! waiting to make the transition. I have a lot of faith in Harris & Storm, though. I think they'll hold onto those titles for a while.

TotalNonstopAction.com Bulletin
TNA CEO Eric Bischoff Announces Official Rules for TNA Impact!

"Good evening, TNA fans. If you have not seen, No Surrender was just a few days ago. We will be running a re-run of the Pay-Per-View next Sunday for those who have not seen this incredible show yet! In other news, there has admittedly been some uncertainty regarding the rules of our flagship program these few months. In conjunction with the championship committee, we have formalized the rules for Impact! This rule-set is as follows:

- Singles and Tag Matches have a time limit of 15-minutes, to account for our program being 90 minutes; this will allow for a minimum of at least five matches a week, barring special circumstances as dictated by the Championship Committee. Trios matches will have a 20-minute time limit, and Battle Royales will have no time limit. TNA's Hardcore Division will also be exempt from time limits, to account for its violent and unpredictable nature.

- In the case of a time limit draw, there will be a member of the Championship Committee who will determine the victor via point-based system.

- TNA Impact! will be officially implementing a win/loss ranking system to determine an order of contenders. This system will begin at the next episode of TNA Impact!

- We at TNA are also pleased to announce the creation of a TNA Television Championship, to be defended weekly on TNA Impact! This title will serve to give those who hold the belt the opportunity to challenge for a higher-tier title under several strict conditions: 1.) Must hold the title for at least three months from date of winning the championship, or successfully defend the title for a minimum of twelve challengers. 2.) Must maintain a minimum overall win/loss rate of .600. 3.) Must declare their intent to challenge for a title within 30 days of losing the Television Title. Eligible championship contention involves the TNA X-Division Championship, the TNA World Tag Team Championship, or the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

With these rule changes, we hope to continue to make TNA Impact! an exciting and unique television experience to our audience in both the United States and Canada. Thank you!" ~ Eric Bischoff, Chief Executive Officer and Championship Committee Chairman
