Things You Miss In Wrestling

Didn't know where to open this thread but I think it doesn't exist. Being stuck in the past, missing those good old days are normal for people as we yearn a lot. So what do you miss in wrestling? WWE and all other companies.

Well, I use Christian Cage a lot in TNA. Also I miss MCMG as they were amazing. Also I miss Broken Matt.

In WWE, it's kinda a typical answer but I really miss CM Punk.

I miss when the ring announcer wasn't a mark for himself.

I miss when stupid chants like "What" and "2 Sweet" after a pinfall didn't ruin the product.

I miss the WCW Crusierweight division cause that was some of the best wrestling I had ever seen.

I miss the original Smackdown Six for the same reason.

That's about it; the in ring performances are so much better today than they were when I was a kid that I don't miss much from the Attitude era and beyond.

I miss crowds that actually pop for wrestling instead of waiting for lame ass chants.

I miss the days when TNA/Impact had healthy X and tag team divisions... At times the talented high flyers and tag teams were the main selling point. IMO, the peak periods of the X Division are right up there with some of the best eras for any company. Same goes the WCW cruiserweight of the late 90s.

I miss when they was two MAJOR companies in America who could actually compete with each other. Think how AMAZING the Monday Night Wars could be today with DVR. With them trying to out trend each other. Stuff like that would be perfect in today's time.

I miss people not hijacking shows because they bought tickets for others to entertain them....not trying to get themselves over and just enjoying the damn show.
