I found this video and thought it was interesting at ow NJPW builds their next Superstars. As well this video makes a lot of great points about the difference between the way NJPW makes stars and how WWE makes their stars. One good example is that WWE just inherits already pretty popular stars in NXT from the Indys and that there is a disconnect between The Main Roster and NXT. Anyways, what are your thoughts about this, and do you agree that the way NJPW does their developmental is better than WWE's.
