Some people call it "it", and some people cant describe it at all. What is the "x-factor" to you? What makes good superstars great, and great superstars legends? What is it about Hulk Hogan, The Rock, and Stone Cold Steve Austin that just capture our attention and imagination? And is there anyone in the WWE right now who has "it"?

The "it" factor I can't explain but its just sumthing you see in someone like in football you look at a player and then you say to yourself in 3 years he will be a star.

The guys that have it now are 2 IMO are

Mr.Kennedy
MVP

"It" is the thing that makes you root for superstar even though he is not a big name yet, that thing that makes him stand out from the rest, call it charisma, call it passion, you can't create it, you born with it.

Currently, I see in WWE this guys with "It":

John Cena
HBK
HHH(a little forced and shoved down our throats, but he has it)
Edge
Mr. Kennedy
MVP

You explained it way better then I did. The thing you said about them not being big stars yet I thought HBK and Triple H are already big. That's why I only said rookie stars.

I don't think MVP has it. His mic skills stem from his big ego gansta talk, which I think he can relate to, and he just brings it up a notch and exaggerate it. The only person I can think of with "it" is CM Punk, as I feel Kennedy's wrestling skills have stagnated recently.

I think the "it" factor has to do with a lot of things. Obviously you have to be good on the mic, that is what made the Rock so great. I absolutely love the Rock. I didn't even watch wrestling when he was around and I live on youtube just watching his promos. The dude could talk like no one I've ever heard. For the Rock his "it" factor was the mic. But I don't think thats the only thing. I mean I think a lot of it has to do with the entrance that a superstar makes. I mean Kane hasn't done anything in the last year, but his entrance is just soo sweet imo(I saw it live from the 4th row and it blew me away, literally with heat lol) that I just get excited when he comes out.

I really don't feel that MVP has that "it" factor yet. Don't get me wrong he has a lot of talent and ability, both on the mic and in the ring, but I really don't think that people in the crowd really respond that well to him. I mean I don't really see him get a real great heel pop when he comes out and I don't really hear people really rooting for him.

Right now the guys that have "it" in my opinion are:
Mr. Kennedy(I love this guy, absolutely phenominal on the mic, talented in the ring, he has "it" according to me and I can't wait for him to get a big push, hopefully by winning the IC belt soon)
HHH
HBK
Undertaker
John Cena(I don't personally like him all that much, but I'm curious to see what happens when he returns. I was tired of him as champ, but when he comes back without the belt it might be pretty entertaining)
CM Punk(This one might be a bit of a reach at this point, but he really has a lot of talent and the crowd really gets behind him in his matches)

So Kane has "it" just because his cool entrance?

No, no, you are confusing being popular or over with having "it". Kane is cool, his entrance is cool, but he doesn't has it. John Cena, with or without the belt, like him or not, has "it". And I don't know if you have been watching SD, but with one single show you watch you realize he is the carrying heel of the brand at the moment, and doing that in a feud with Matt Hardy in his second year at the company certainly demonstrates he has it

Well if i couild make a list it would include, mvp, kennedy, edge, Hbk, Cm Punk

If i could only pick one.....I'd say Kennedy, but it was real close with Punk. When Kennedy speaks, everyone listens...much like the rock. Very good with words, and puts emotion into it. He injuries of other bs things happening, we'd probably see Kennedy as champ now. If the wwe plays their cards right, Kennedy can be a very big star in the future.

Yea sorry I did forget Edge, I he really does have "it" I guess I just forgot about him because of the injury and I haven't heard anything from him in haha. It should be really exciting when he comes back at Survivor Series.

Just out of curiousity though, don't you have to be over to have "it"? I mean if no one cares when you come out, then you don't really have "it" don't you? I'm just saying if no one is cheering or booing you when you come out and people leave the room when they're watching on tv the you don't have "it". I'm not confusing being over with having that x-factor. Otherwise I would have said Jeff Hardy has it, because as JR always points out its like a rock concert when he comes out. Also I believe I said that John Cena has "it". I just pointed out that I didn't really like him all that much when he had the belt for so long. I think he's talented on the mic and decent in the ring, I personally would like to see Cena come back heel.

It's not so much of the star power that they have now or how much of a pop they get when they come out. The X-factor more than anything is a combination of in-ring skills and mic skills that more than anything whether they get a huge pop or not when they come out that's something that can develop over time. Right now I think that
Mr. Kennedy
MVP
CM Punk
Elijah Burke
Cody Rhodes
Santino Marella

These guys have it....Cody hasn't really shown it but I really believe it's just a matter of time and Santino is gold on the mic right now he is in my eyes the number two heel on Raw right now

HHHforever, now you confuse "it" with being a draw, and again with being over. People don't have to cheer you to you have it. So you are talented and have great mic skills only when people care about you?

The point is, is that if you have "it" then people root for you and listen when you talk. Obviously if no one is listening, paying attention, or rooting/booing you then you obviously don't have "it". When the Rock was heel he got booed out of the arena, when he was a face the place went nuts every time he came out, and whether he was heel or face everyone shut up and listened. Thats the point that if no one cares then you don't have "it" cuz if you did people would care.
