So...I did a thread like this last year...

The Top 15 WWE Creative Choices I'd Like To See In 2017

And I'm here to post another one...because I can. Yes...I still have
way too much time on my hands right now...but anyway...This is
The Top 15 WWE Creative Choices I'd Like To See In 2018.

1). Asuka vs. Charlotte vs. Ronda Rousey @ Wrestlemania 34!
So...I did mention this idea in another thread...but I'm re-posting it here.

Simply have Asuka SQUASH!!! Alexa for the title between now & the Rumble (the 25th
Anniversary Show would be perfect)...have Charlotte retain the other title at the Rumble,
Ronda then enters the Rumble match & wins it...and instead of challenging one Champion...
she challenges both of them.

Asuka vs. Charlotte vs. Ronda Rousey at Wrestlemania...if Ronda pins/submits either
women...she becomes that brands champion...if Asuka or Charlotte pin/sumbit the other...
they Unify the titles (which won't happen but its played up that it could because HYPE!)
and just to keep the excitement at an all time high...Carmella cashes in during the match...
pinning or submitting Charlotte to keep Asuka undefeated & Ronda protected.

Then you book Asuka vs. Ronda 1 on 1 to main event for the first RAW pay per view after
Wrestlemania (Payback?) while Charlotte feuds with Carmella & Becky (More on that later)
for the title on SmackDown.

2). Pete Dunne...on SmackDown!
So RAW has the Cruiserweight division...so I say bring the U.K division over to the
blue brand & give Pete Dunne a chance to shine on the biggest stage possible. Now I
will admit I wouldn't expect to see him if week...but just the idea of him defending the
United Kingdom Championship against Chad Gable, Rusev & a Champion vs. Champion
match with A.J Styles sounds good for business.

3). Becky Lynch...turns Heel!
Now I understand at the time of me writing this the blue brand's women's division is
nothing but heels (seriously its 7 heels to 3 faces at the moment) but a Becky Lynch
heel turn is something I want to see. Becky has basically been the exact same since
she first ran down that entrance ramp on RAW...and while she is possibly the most
natural babyface on the entire roster (seriously all she has to do is smile) but a
nasty, snarky, violent heel Becky would really be a huge a shake up for the entire
division and allow Becky to evolve & branch out as a performer.

Oh...and when I say a heel turn...I don't mean the standard "Chicken Shit" type of heel...
I mean "Becky Lynch is snapping arms and won't stop until she gets the title" type of heel.

4). Drifter Rising!
I don't know what it is...but there is something "special" about the Drifter. Its hard
to explain...but the guy has character & charisma for days (something most of the main
roster is lacking) and he has only improved in the ring since his main roster debut earlier
this year.

You could do so much with the guy...and I really hope the WWE keeps pushing him in 2018.

So that means he isn't being pinned by John Cena & Roman Reigns every second week!

Oh...and just for the record...I'd pair him with Mickie James as some kind of "musical duo"
and get some mixed tag matches going on RAW through 2018.

5). The Redemption of Rusev!
So...Rusev is just Awesome. The guy deserves so much better than the booking he's been
given on the main roster...and that needs to change. Rusev Day maybe awesome...but 2018
should be Rusev Year. A face turn, being paired back up with Lana & a World title run are all
a must for the Bulgarian Brute in 2018.

6). Carmella...A Winner!
So...Carmella only won 4 televised singles matches in 2017. I'm serious...she only won
4 matches in 2017 & none of them were clean wins. Now I understand Carmella has the MitB
briefcase...but...that doesn't mean much to me as she only won that thanks to her now
thankfully released pet Blob Fish. For me a push means you win...and Carmella really needs
to start winning matches...because if she was to cash in tomorrow...well...she'd still be
a loser to me.

7). Some Tag Team Stability!
Honestly...apart from the Usos & the New Day every other tag team has been jobbed out,
broken up or suffered some kind of serious injury. The entire main roster tag team division
needs some stability & the main roster debuts of the Authors of Pain & SAni†Y would also
help bolster the division.

Speaking of which...

8). SAni†Y debut on SmackDown...to Wage War on the New Day!
Much like the awesome (but too short) feud between the New Day & the Wyatt Family...
SAni†Y vs. the New Day would be everything I love about wrestling. The clash of light &
darkness, good & evil, right & wrong...and I'm sure SmackDown could get a lot of mileage
out of this feud with all the different matches they could book.

This would also bring Nikki Cross to the main roster and add a dangerous & unpredictable
element to the blue brands women's division. Its a win-win-win-win situation really.

And speaking of SAni†Y...

9). Gallows & Anderson drafted to SmackDown...The Club vs. SAni†Y!
Styles, Gallows & Anderson & my Bae Charlotte vs. SAni†Y...need I say anymore?
Well yes I do. Gallows & Anderson have been in limbo for most of 2017 and re-teaming
them with A.J on SmackDown would help them regain some much needed momentum.

Plus throwing them into a feud with SAni†Y would help the newer faction find their feet
on the main roster quicker.

10). Aleister Black debuts on RAW...forms a "Dark Alliance" with Balor & Wyatt!
Look...I'm going to say right now that I believe Aleister Black could be a top star on either
main roster brand...and the possibilities of him being drafted to RAW to feud with and eventually
form an alliance with a "Demonic" Finn Balor & a directionless Bray Wyatt would be a great
way for Black to make an immediate & (hopefully) long lasting impact.

11). Cesaro's Intercontinental Open Challenge!
Just do it WWE. I don't need to explain why...just give Cesaro the Intercontinental title and
let him put on the best match on RAW every week.

And let some of the Cruiserweights answer the challenge!

12). More TV time for Tye Dillinger!
This one is really simple...I just want Tye to have more TV time...even if they have to move
him to RAW to do it. Christ...put him in a tag team with Zack Ryder...anything...just give the
Perfect 10 more than 10 minutes.

13). Heath Slater...Cruiserweight Champion!
So...I'm Heath Slater fan & his tag team title run with Rhyno was one of the best stories told
on the blue brand in 2016. I honestly think Slater is one of the most likeable performers the
WWE has and I'd very much like to see him lose about 11 pounds & be given a chance to
add some personality & charm to the failing Cruiserweight division.

Plus Rhyno could play the role of his trainer/manager allowing him to also branch out as a
performer. I mean...Rhyno trying to do an impression of Paul Heyman...sounds like gold
to me.

Plus...anyone would be better with the belt than Enzo.

14). The Cruiserweights Declare War!
So I still believe the Cruiserweight division should have been introduced with an "Invasion"
style angle but that would have been too much hard work to write...so they were dumped on
RAW and apart from Neville & Austin Aries (both now currently M.I.A) nobody in the division
has really made an impact.

Most of the Cruiserweights are fantastic in-ring workers (apart from Enzo of course) but Enzo
could be the perfect "catalyst" to start some kind of Cruiserweight War angle where the main
RAW roster has to defend itself from these swarming, "smaller" guys.

Even a possible RAW vs. 205 Live styled pay per view would make for some interesting viewing
and allow the WWE to book some highly entertaining matches.

15). Nia Jax...New Music, New Attire, New Direction!
So...while Alexa Bliss has basically been put over everyone (apart from Naomi & Charlotte) &
Carmella at least has a MitB briefcase...Nia...well...she has nothing. A terrible entrance theme,
ugly ring attire, stop/start booking & now possibly a romantic angle with Enzo...Nia has basically
been mishandled on the main roster from day 1 and while I'm not her biggest fan (mainly because
of her in-ring work) I think she does deserve better.

I think Nia needs a "comic book" style reboot with a new theme, new attire & a new direction which
plays to her own strengths. Of course one has to wonder of the WWE has any intention of ever really
pushing Nia as they have done nothing with her so far...even when they had the perfect
opportunity to do so at No Mercy.

Well...that is my list of "Fantasy Booking" ideas for 2018 & I honestly don't expect to see any
of them actually become a reality...but...I'd if the WWE want to use any of these ideas...feel
free to take them Vince.

Before commenting on this one I would just like to make a general comment about your 2017 predictions - quite a few of them became, or nearly became, a reality.

Okay I am just going to make a list, it might be 15, might be more but it will probably be less. I am just going to write what I want/think will happen next year.

1. John Cena will win the Royal Rumble and face AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at WM

Who wins the match really doesn't matter to me, but these two have a chemistry in the ring that I think nobody was originally expecting. They had the best match (at least most people thought it was the best match) of WWE 2017 at this years Royal Rumble and both are stars. No face/heel feud here, just friendly face vs. face competition with both acting as a bit of tweeners. Match won't main event the show because of...

2. Roman Reigns winning the Universal Championship by beating Brock Lesnar at WM

Just let Vince have his desired WM moment and let's move on. Hopefully if AJ retains his title too we can get a champion vs. champion match between Roman and AJ - another pair who have a chemistry in the ring they probably shouldn't have.

3. Everyone Thinks Dean is going to Turn This Time

But I think it will be a double swerve - Seth will turn heel again after realising Dean was the weak link of The Shield. Maybe he continues to tag/have an alliance with Jason Jordan as them both being heels. Imagine the sympathy Dean will get/the heat that Seth will get if Seth turns on Dean yet again.

4. Jason Jordan will be in a World Title Match Next Year

I am assuming he stays on Smackdown so his story with his 'father' Kurt Angle can play out some more, but if he is traded over to the blue brand he could challenge for the WWE title too. Jordan is being pushed to be the next big thing in the WWE. Others who I think will be in at least one world championship match in 2018 who have not won the title before: Braun, Elias, Rusev, Sami and 'Woken' Matt Hardy.

5. We Will Have New Women's Champions

And by new I mean those who have not won a main roster title (sorry Asuka) yet. Asuak will win the Raw title, as will Nia. Carmella will successfully cash in at some point, probably at WrestleMania or the Smackdown after WM. Ruby Riott will also become Smackdown's Women Champion at some point, probably near the end of 2018.

6. Absolution will be a Joke When Compared to the Riott Squad

Basically what it says. The Riott Squad already looks better IMO already. I think Paige will ditch her lackeys or they will betray her at some point in the near future. Hopefully Paige becomes a face again.

7. Bayley and Carmella are on the same Brand and Carmella Brings The Hugger over to The Dark Side

Sort of a similar storyline to the Kevin/Sami one, except with all the McMahon interference stuff. Bayley will realise she can't be nice to be successful and will start being a cocky heel.

8. Speaking of Sami, Sami will go Mega Heel and turn on Owens like Owens turned on Jericho, Thus Turning Owens Face

I want to see a face Owens and a sadistic heel Sami in 2018. Book it Vince!

9. Orton will not win a championship in 2018

And if he absolutely has to, it will be the tag tiles with Nakamura or the US/IC title (IC if he is traded to Raw, which I hope he isn't).

10. My Final One because I want to Play Pokemon - Daniel Bryan will return to in ring action

At least for one night (WM probably). A man can dream...

I'd suggest Sasha should finally turn & have a long & successful
reign...but knowing the WWE they would give her a one night reign
& make her look like even more of a joke.

Heard about the Cena thing. THe Deadman dream match is an obvious one, the only thing bigger would be Goldberg/Austin/Rock/HBK match (or a godawful Hogan match). 3/5 of those names could still probably go in the ring to a somewhat acceptable level although Goldberg would have to be short and sweet.

This would not be a bad match. I think I would still like Asuka to win the Rumble and then win the Raw Women's Championship at Wrestlemania. Then have both the 4 horsewomen groups face off against each other. You could set it up during the rumble. Have Becky, Sasha, and Bayley in the ring when Ronda debuts. Then you can bring in her back up and have Charlotte join the other girls to set up the Wrestlemaia matchup. Ronda Rousey would be a free agent, at least until after Mania if she is going to be a permanent fixture on the roster.

2). Pete Dunne...on SmackDown!

I would love to see Pete Dunne on SD. However, I don't want the UK title or any new division. We all saw how the introduction of the Cruiserweight Division went, and I have no confidence that this would go any better. So bring Pete Dunne up but without the title.

3). Becky Lynch...turns Heel!

I was actually working a BTB project before where I had Becky turning as one of my storylines. I think this would be pretty interesting and would put her back in title contention. I actually made this image to use for her heel turn. I though it woul be interesting to show her new dark side on the ouside some.

I think that Elias has a lot of potential. I hope he continues to improve like he has so far.

5). The Redemption of Rusev!

This Rusev day thing is gold, they need to run with that for as long as it'll work. He's super over right now. I have reservations about WWE capitalizing on this as they do not like people who get over on their own. I would put the tag titles on him and English, that would allow him to at least have some kind of run. I hope that he can get into WWE title contention by the end of the year.

6). Carmella...A Winner!

Yes, please! I'm tired of MITB winners losing the entire time they hold the briefcase until they cash in. How do they expect people to take them serious as a champion when they couldn't win in the meaningless matches they had beforehand.

I agree, we need some more stability within the tag division. I think we need to bring up a tag team or two from NXT like you suggested with Sanity (and the possible feud with New Day) and possibly Authors of Pain. You also have Harper and Rowan who will hopefully join the rest of the division soon. I also like the idea of Gallows and Anderson moving to SD, something I have thought myself for a while.

10). Aleister Black debuts on RAW...forms a "Dark Alliance" with Balor & Wyatt!

Interesting idea. I think this could give Wyatt and Balor something interesting to do as well as debut Black in a prominent position. Way better than him debuting on 205.

11). Cesaro's Intercontinental Open Challenge!

I would love for Cesaro to have a serious single's push, but I'm seriously doubting that WWE will ever do that.

12). More TV time for Tye Dillinger!

WWE really needs to let him develop a little more as a character. A lot of people who have never seen NXT don't understand what he is besides a man who yells the number 10 (a similar issue that other NXT people run into with their characters). He obviously needs more TV time to do this though. Plus this would help with the weak midcard they have.

13). Heath Slater...Cruiserweight Champion!

I think this is an awesome idea. He is not doing anything currently, and this would add some more star power and charisma to the division.

14). The Cruiserweights Declare War!

This could be interesting, but WWE rarely does well with invasion/war type storylines. Maybe if they had a Nexus style storyline (at least the start of Nexus) it would work well. Although I see them feeding the entire division to someone like Strowman or Reigns.
