JV: Ladies & Gentlemen...Welcome to the WWF Pay Per View Analysis Panel
(Not Featuring Booker T). I'm your host Jack Vegas...and on today's
show we turn our attention to Bragging Rights 2016 where we give our
thoughts on the 5-on-5 Women's Elimination match. This is my co-host
18 time Abingdon County Fair Wrestling Champion Tony "The Daisy" Flowers.
TF: Hey...
JV: And we couldn't be bothered covering any of the other matches
on this Pay Per View because we believe this one match will be filled
with enough highlights to last a lifetime.
TF: And by highlights we mean incredibly beautiful, intelligent & athletic
women wearing extremely tight and tiny outfits.
JV: That's right Tony...just thinking about this match is enough
to get me reaching for my favorite sock...but let's not pop the
cork on our bottles just yet...let's have a look at the teams.
TF: Well...Team Red 3 Hours is represented by:

Okay...so I was going to write this entire article like this...
but I'm not really that funny.
Time to get serious.

So as you guys may have realized by now...I'm a massive fan of the Women's
division. Ever since I've rediscovered my love of wrestling I've been following
the Women's division and have come to respect and admire all of the wonderful
female wrestlers currently signed to the WWE. And with that said...the only
Survivor Series match I really care about is this one...so let's have a closer
look at the teams and the in-ring stories that could be told during this match.

Well...its clear to see who has the advantage on paper. The RAW Team has won
7 more Championships, has an extra 3 inchs in average height and an extra
27lb in average weight.
So Team RAW is taller, heavier and overall more successful than Team SmackDown.
~Outside Factors~
Team RAW
Dana Brooke:
Now it appears the WWE has soured on Dana Brooke in the last few weeks...and
some nasty rumors have also sprung up around the blonde bombshell. First off
are the many botches that continue to appear in her matches and she still hasn't
improved her in-ring skills to the level needed. The second is only a rumor...
but he removal from the Survivor Series Team may indicate that its true. Some
have reported that Dana has entered a "relationship" with somebody on the
creative team and this in turn has caused a high level of tension within
the women's locker room.
While this is only a rumor...her Hell in a Cell loss to Bayley was followed
by a defeat at the hands of her Survivor Series "replacement" Alicia "Is A" Fox.
Its clear that whatever "push" Dana is/was getting...has been brought to a quick
halt. She will just be "out there" at Survivor Series...who knows what she'll
actually do besides stand there and look pretty.
Emma(lina):
So for several weeks now we have been "teased" about the return of Emma(lina)
and even though footage was posted online of her performing at a SmackDown Live
event (with her "classic" outfit and music) we still have not seen the TV return
of this beautiful brawler from Australia.
Survivor Series may-be the grand stage for Emma(lina) to finally make her return
and factor in that her and Dana Brooke were running buddies in NXT and on the main
roster before Emma(lina) was injured...and the plan could be for both these women
to make a huge impact by helping Team RAW to victory.
Team SmackDown Live:
Natalya:
Oh Dear...little Nattie Niedhart...possibly the most gifted technical female wrestler
the WWE has ever had...and she once again gets the RAW end of the deal (Pun intended)
Now I love Carmella (especially in tiny shorts) but realistically Natalya should be
on the SmackDown team for this match. She has 8 years of main roster experience and
the skills to out wrestle most of her fellow female performers...plus add in the fact
that this years Survivor Series takes place in Toronto Canada and the high tension
between Carmella and Captain Nikki Bella...and well...it just doesn't seem right
that a "rookie" like Carmella gets a spot and Nattie doesn't.
Instead...she gets to be "The Coach" I'm calling bullshit! Again...its unknown if
Natalya will even be at ringside...and for God's sake don't have her blowing that
f*cking whistle if she is...but hopefully she will get a moment or two to shine in
her home country.
While I worship Queen Charlotte and adore Alexa Bliss...Natalya deserves better.
And now I think about it...so does Becky Lynch. She should be the captain of
Team SmackDown...I mean she is the Champion of the brand.
Eva Marie:
All red everything, the Red Queen, the Scarlett Botch Machine has not been sighted
since running away from Naomi on the August 16th episode of SmackDown Live. A wellness
policy violation led to a 30 day suspension, her missing Summerslam, Nikki Bella's shock
return and a Carmella heel turn (that last one is just my theory). It was then revealed
that Eva had scored an acting role in the film "Inconceivable" starring that guy that
sometimes has bees in his eyes.
It has been reported that the Red Queen is ready to return to "action" and Survivor
Series would be a great place for her to make an impact...doing what exactly...I'm not sure?
Distracting everyone with her annoying entrance? Looking Hot? Botching?
~Match-Ups Of Interest~
The Four Horsewomen:
With Bayley now on the main roster this will be the first time in along time that all four
Horsewomen are in the same place at the same time. And while technically its 3 on 1...I'm
sure most fans are looking forward to the possible clashes between these groundbreaking and
history making women.
Charlotte vs. Nikki Bella:
During Charlotte's rise to power Nikki Bella was the last to fall to the future Queen of
the Women's division. Due to a near career ending neck injury and the brand split...Charlotte
and Nikki have not interacted since October 2015 (Hell in a Cell). I for one believe its long
overdue...and if there is one woman that can match Charlotte in power, size, skill and Superstar
qualities...its the Fearless Nikki Bella.

Charlotte vs. Carmella:
While I like Carmella...she was somewhat disrespectful when addressing Queen Charlotte on
a recent episode of SmackDown. The Queen needs to teach her a lesson...and I'm not talking
about American history or mathematics here. I'm talking about a lesson in natural selection.
Charlotte vs. Alexa Bliss:
No...Don't make me choose...I can't...I won't!!!
Nia Jax vs. Any & All Members of Team SmackDown:
Nia Jax is simply the most intimidating female presence in the WWE since Chyna. She is
a monster that can pretty much "ragdoll" any other member of the female roster.
Team SmackDown are going to have to work together to have any chance of eliminating
her...and if their smart...they'll pick an arm and work on it setting up Becky Lynch
to lock in the Dis-Arm-Her.
Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley:
This one is simply because of their personalities...I mean Alexa Bliss is almost like
"The Anti-Bayley" being her complete opposite in nearly every way. Kind of like Dorothy
and the Wicked Witch...only this this time the Witch is also hot. While Bayley would
give you a hug...I'm sure Alexa would rather scratch your eyes out. I'd still rather a
hug from Alexa though.
Alexa Bliss vs. Nia Jax:
No...Dear Jesus No!!! Please No!!! God I'm begging you!!! Darth Vader yells No!!! Just No!!!
~Internal Conflicts~
RAW:
Charlotte & Sasha Banks:
These two women have had an amazing rivalry in the last few months including five great
matches (2 on RAW, 1 at Summerslam, a triple threat with Bayley at Clash Of Champions and
of course the history making main event inside the Hell in a Cell) but clearly there is
unfinished business between the two...and Sasha is still owed her Championship rematch.
With all the bad blood between them...will the Queen and the Boss really be able to co-exist?
Well if the go home RAW was any indicaton...it appears the answer is a big, fat No.
Alicia Fox & Nia Jax:
Well history will show that the Foxy one was served up on a plate at least twice to
Nia Jax...and both times it did not end well for Alicia. In fact the beating Nia gave her
on the September 12th episode of RAW was down right terrifying. If you haven't seen this
"match" I suggest you check it out...it may help you understand the term "ragdoll" a little
better. I'm pretty sure that Alicia knows better than anyone not to mess with Nia...but
the temptation for her to get a small measure of revenge may present itself in this match.
SmackDown:
Alexa Bliss & Becky Lynch:
Another heated rivalry between two fierce competitors...Alexa Bliss has been in full on
Bitch Attack Mode ever since becoming the No.1 contender for the SmackDown Women's Title.
On the other side of the coin...Becky Lynch has looked less than stellar and also missed
her first ever title defense at No Mercy due to an injury. The two recently put on a
great match in Glasgow Scotland with Becky getting the win...but it wasn't a "clean"
win due to a foot on the ropes. Their feud will clearly continue (possibly with a ladder
match at TLC...Fingers Crossed) and this may make it impossible for them to work on the
same team. It wouldn't surprise me if Alexa somehow sets Becky up to deal directly with
Nia Jax...which as we know could have long term effects on the Irish Lass Kicker.
Nikki Bella & Carmella:
Carmella has simply been out of control since her sudden heel turn after Summerslam. Now
I believe Carmella was never meant to turn heel and that it was Eva Marie who was to feud
with Nikki Bella...but due to the Red Queen being M.I.A Carmella was turned and has done
a great job with it. But due to her volatile nature...I would be surprised to see her restrain
herself from lashing out at her Fearless team captain.
~Who The Booking Should Benefit~
In reality...there are two women who really need a boost from this match. For Team RAW...
it's Bayley. Bayley has looked unsettled on the main roster and while she has pinned
Charlotte twice (once in a singles match and once in a 6 women tag match) she hasn't
really done anything else. A pointless feud with Dana Brooke didn't help matters (mainly
because Dana shouldn't even be on the main roster) and being pinned at Clash of Champions
ruined any initial impact she had made.
If the rumors are true and Bayley is moving into a program with Queen Charlotte she needs
to begin building momentum and a strong showing at Survivor Series would be a great place
for her to start.
For SmackDown...its their Champion Becky Lynch. To say Becky's run with the title has
been disappointing so far would be an understatement. Since winning the title at Backlash
Becky has been booked terribly, an injury cost her 3 weeks and her first pay per view title
defense at No Mercy. She has looked weak in her feud with Alexa Bliss getting beaten up
twice, spray painted, pinned when she has wrestled and when she finally defended the title
she couldn't even get a "clean" win.
This needs to stop. Becky Lynch is the champion and she needs to be booked as strongly as
Charlotte...if not even more so. Becky needs to truly live up to her nickname at Survivor
Series and kick as much "lass" as possible.
The other "X-Factor" as far as the booking goes is Nia Jax. I've been really impressed with
the way Nia has been booked so far on the main roster and that really needs to continue
through this match. The problem I see is finding the right balance. She needs to be kept
looking strong...but not at the expense of the other women. It will be interesting to see
how WWE handles this...and I hope they get it right.
I also have to say that the 2 teams clashing on the go home episode of SmackDown Live
was a great tease and has me even more pumped for this match. At the end of the day...
I hope all the ladies have a great match filled with plenty of awesome moments.
~Who Wins?~
Well honestly...on paper...Team RAW has a clear advantage but both teams have a great mix
of skill, strength and speed. I'm going to go with my gut and say that Team SmackDown will
win mainly thanks to the efforts of Becky Lynch and Nikki Bella (and Alexa Bliss).
Well...that about covers my overview and analysis of the Traditional Survivor Series 5-on-5
Women’s Elimination Match. Thanks for taking the time to read this and be sure to sound off
