I’m gonna be real with you. I’m actually fine with the way WWE shifted focus because I was always the competitor fan like WCWECWTNA because I’ve always been a heel mark and when WWE was the baby face promotion, I didn’t care about it. I don’t like year long baby face runs for the most part unless you’re Cody Rhodes or someone I really really fuck with, but otherwise I prefer a baby face chase.

My mindset for my first pick was simple

I don't want to be the top company as Deadlock. Too stressful, I want those 2000s ROH vibes where we are the BEST company for the younger generation. Fletcher in my eyes is probably one of the three best active heels in wrestling (Ricochet and ZSJ are the other two) and he's young enough that I can build 20-30 years of product around him.

Rhea's also the case that she's 28 but with how massive she is you'd think she's mid 30s with her popularity. If she keeps in the business, she's got another 20 years, so she's gonna be my focal point of the women's division.

I can hold off on the vets for a little, but Deadlock is all about the new generation.

Cody and Hanger are definitely two great guys. I tend to hold off from getting Cody in any draft or booking I do but nearly every draft I try to make Hangman my focal point.

Yea NGL I just wanted hangman most of all. He's money and can do everything. Young. Handsome. Can work mic n ring . There's zero downside to this guy unless you like pepsi xp
