Tempted to spice things up with my next pick. Most of my favourite albums are rock music, so that's just how it has panned out in terms of drafting. Some other genres I haven't thought about that much until now that I enjoy a lot.

I’m not shocked I’m the only one to take an EDM album and I have one more to take as well

I know everyone knows one song, but does everyone know that entire album put the world of music on it's head.

so this is the gateway drug to melodic death metal. something I feel most ppl here will still find within the realms of tolerable while exploring some pretty awesome tone and dark ideas muscially and lyrically. The story of Chuck is also tragic so I would recommend people look into that as well for some context as it adds to whole thing. hoping people enjoy it, it's one of my favorite records growing up.

Cheers @Silent Bite, Chuck was a super nice guy.

To add to what Jeff just wrote. Saw Death in the mid 90's when Only Living Witness opened for them. Chuck was already well known in the business as a great guitarist, but he was just a pleasure to be around.

after the draft. How long is the listening/ranking process. I'm guessing a considerable time period lol

Thankfully I've already listened to a lot of these multiple times but I'm using this as an excuse to listen to some again anyway lol

hmm... Let's do some math. I'd say the average per album is probably 55 minutes? If you haven't heard any of the Albums from all the other participants (or you wanna listen to all of them for this), that would make about 128 hours of music. 4 hours per day in 30 days. ... :hmm:
