Well WWE have been known to change ideas pretty quickly and have a very short term approach regarding storylines so... yeah, it wouldn't be a surprise to find out this current storyline wasn't planned months in advance.
I'm just saying that the stuff we saw months ago has no real connection to the stuff we're seeing now. There's simply no way that WWE's plan since February was to create friction between the group (which involved stuff like Reigns showing babyface tendencies and Ambrose being overly aggressive), then suddenly put them on a big babyface run, and then having Rollins turn on them and joining Triple H.
