Breakaway states from Russia is good tbh. It means less power is centralized onto Moscow and that these other states will be able to make their own decisions. Ukraine would also be the other major influential power in any case, IMO.

Definitely, a PMC gaining control of a state is always, in general, a really bad idea. If Wagner Group does end up forming a breakaway state, then in hindsight, the US trading away one of the biggest arms dealers in the world for Britney Griner is going to have even more far-reaching consequences.

A heavily militant state in Eastern Europe who will sell their services to the highest bidder, be it terrorism or covert operations, is catastrophically terrifying in the 21st century.

Minorities get priority for a job even if not equally qualified because.....systemic racism.

It was a set of laws designed in the 60s so companies and colleges were enforced to either hire or admit a percentage of minorities every year.

It was made during a time when colleges like Brigham Young were ostensibly white only, and employers had free reign to not hire minorities.
