I love how he’s the only one that gets blamed for that even though the bill had large bi-partisan support. Doesn’t make it right but it wasn’t just him. He signed the defense against women act which allowed domestic abusers to be prosecuted across state lines.

So ignore my second part lol. Yeah he fucked up. He’s tried to make amends for it. I really doubt the bill did what he intended. I doubt he sat down and said “I want more blacks to be put in jail so therefore I’m going to sign this bill which will guarantee that”. The bill was meant to crack down on crime which it did as crime fell significantly. Obviously there were implications to that because it wasn’t a perfect bill. And you can complain about Biden all you want but there’s not ONE politician that hasn’t fucked up at some point so idk what you want.

Exactly. People deserve a chance to change. Trump was still actively being a shithead during his presidency lmao. Biden has only spoken about unity and healing so far so I’m sold as of now. If Biden starts to fuck up I’ll call him out on it though so quote me on that.

I definitely respect that, too many people just praise because he’s the guy who’s not Trump, I’m just saying, regardless of Trump being a douchenozzle, he did good things that no one talked about because they hate him, and some people are treating Biden as the saviour to America. I’d truly like to be wrong about both him and Harris, I guess we will have to wait and see how things play out. It’s just hard to ignore some things about the them.

I won’t fully blame him on it, BUT the way he was acting and a lot of stuff he was saying didn’t fully help either. Much like a lot of stuff that Nancy Pelosi said didn’t help either when it came to BLM. You can’t directly blame them, but they also didn’t help either.

Let me explain something to you. Just because he doesn’t specifically say “attack the capitol”, doesn’t mean he didn’t incite it. When the rioters were asked why they were doing what they were doing they said “we’re following Trump”

Should have a set time to update minimum wage every few years or so IMO bc inflation happens even when wages are stagnant. Waiting this long to touch it is hilarious lmao bc the actual value has decreased so much compared to inflation over the years. I think the highest it's ever been relative to inflation was when it was like $1.50 in the 60s but that'd be equal to $13 today I think (pulling these numbers out my ass just a fair warning, they might be off)
