You would rather get a job JUST because you are a woman? How about this: You want to climb the ranks and become let's say President of the company... the boss chooses the guy, you assume its because its a man getting the job.

Reality: We want the best person FOR the job! Not because she's "just a woman."

You want THAT job, because YOU can do the job. You have intelligence to DO the job.

The fact of that matter is this though - when you see a black woman getting a job, the first thing you thought of was tokenism.

At no point did you think she was getting the job because of merit - that is literally racism/sexism its core.

I think that to become President of the company the board of directors has to vote you in. I don't think that there is a boss higher than the President...

Unless you mean the current President (a.k.a 'the boss') wants to select new President for when he retires... once again I think the current 'boss' can make a nomination but it would be down to the board to make the final decision.

I really want the job. My food stamps didn't come in yet and I think if I got the job as President of the company I could pretty much buy any food I wanted.

Are you on the board? Do I need to grease some palms to get the job? I'm not rich but I have some friends on here who are that would probably help me in return for favors in the future....

Also what are the hours? Because I can't work Wednesdays between 8pm - 10pm or Fridays 10pm - 11pm...
