There's speculation elsewhere that maybe WWE are silently trying to get people to cheer for Cena because of Rock being absent from the show and not even promoting it when he's elsewhere. Like it's proving Cena's point last year about him being there and Rock not being there, even when he has the title, apparently.

Not even WWE are that Blue. I think these reports are probably just bullshit ditsheets or Rock marks looking for an excuse for this to be okay. I completely understood why Rock had the title given his mainstream power and his upcoming movies; that is mad exposure for the WWE. I do understand why Rock isn't promoting it, but I'm unsure if WWE knew he wasn't going to or they're being let down.
