WWE Champion The Rock was at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards on Saturday night – and won the award for “Male Butt Kicker of the Year.” Once again – The Rock did not bring the WWE Championship belt with him for the appearance and made no mention of WWE or Wrestlemania at all.

True, although with the WWE being aimed at kids a nickledoen award ceremony probably had a lot of WWE fans in already. They're sharing simillar audiences.

There's speculation elsewhere that maybe WWE are silently trying to get people to cheer for Cena because of Rock being absent from the show and not even promoting it when he's elsewhere. Like it's proving Cena's point last year about him being there and Rock not being there, even when he has the title, apparently.

I think he brought the title to a GIJOE ceremony or something . Cena will still be cheered by the kids , but it's hard to change a smark mind just because he's not on raw.I don't like the rock as champ but I hate cena,so the WWE instead of trying to bring some fans to cena should have done something with this match to make me care of the wwe championship right now .

It's not gonna happen obviously, but the idea that some have that Rock is winning this year simply because Cena will get a huge negative reaction if he walks out victorious is also absurd. Cena also got huge negative reactions at WM22 and WM23 but it didn't stop him from walking out as WWE Champion.

Of course, Rock working Extreme Rules is another thing that makes people Rock could win and then drop it then, but that can easily be just Rock using his rematch clause on Cena, or as rumored somewhere, Rock and Cena teaming up against The Shield in a handicap match (the latter sounds interesting, though I seriously doubt it happening.)
