Well personally wherever The Revival go for sure they'll go great within that Company. Maybe it's due to the environment they have been in during this WWE run, but they haven't to me found their personalities. Now if they leave WWE, they just might find that and that will make them a even more dangerous, and successful team going forward.

I guess I’ll be one of the few cunts who hates these two and hopes they will go away.

No, I agree lol. I just don't get it at all with them. And I don't think being in another company would help with their personalities either.

They’re so boring to me, I hate everything about them. I don’t get the hype, either. My husband hates them, too, possibly more than I do lol

They’re everything that they say they are. They’re a throwback to an era gone by. Their whole stichk is “No flips, just fists” but unfortunately fans in 2020 want to see flips and fast paced wrestling. Nobody is paying to see the methodical psychology of tag team wrestling in this era.

The NWA would be the best fit for them. They can carry on the legacy of some of the teams that have come through there.

They’d run into the same problem they’re having now if they go to AEW. Sure they can have great matches with the Bucks and Lucha Bros but after 6 months to a year, they’ll just be dubbed “boring” again.

I'm interested what the general public thinks of The Revival. Because most of the diehards I know LOVE The Revival and don't think they're boring... but that they're just getting shafted by booking. But I could also imagine the average fan doesn't think much of them, especially if they didn't watch NXT, which apparently a lot of people don't. My concern with them going to AEW is that AEW really hasn't lived up to their promise to be the alternative they're supposed to be. They're arguably an even more gimmicky company right now than WWE are. It's definitely a more gimmicky show than Raw has been. So it feels like a lateral move basically where they're going to be in the same spot, doing too much goofy stuff and not just having great wrestling matches.

I'm definitely of the opinion that they don't really have characters. Their wrestling is probably the best on the roster in terms of the tag division. Other than that they're boring as fuck. However that's their gimmick. They don't come out to entertain, they come out to wrestle and wrestle they can. Personally I want them to stay because I want to see good matches. However I think there's only so long you can survive in wwe based on wrestling ability alone and not have a good character so they'd probably be dead in the water within a year anyway.

They're not my style, either. I get that they're kinda going for the Tully/Arn vibe, and I'm not trying to be mean, but they're not Tully and Arn in the talent department at all; not in the ring, not on the mic, and not even charisma-wise. Arn and Tully are better in every way; and that's not even necessarily an insult, because Arn and Tully are one of the best tag teams ever and were a HUGE part of the greatest stable ever.

Let em go, see how hard it is to make it outside the fed.

Outside of a youngbucks match, they don't have much.

But I still have a soft spot for Dash Wilder for sucker punching that idiot who tackled Bret Hart.

They’re behind the 8 ball even more than anyone else. Because not only is tag team wrestling not a draw, they’re probably the tag team that would draw the least.

I’ve loved these dudes since they were working with American Alpha in 2015/2016 but the truth of the matter is they’re not worth the $750,000 a year that is rumored to been offered to them. Take the money now cause in 2 years, I don’t think it’ll be available for them.

Speaking on his Hall of Fame radio show, Booker T offered up the following advice for The Revival.

"If I could give them any advice, 'Take the money. Take what's behind door number one.' If they came to me and said, 'Hey Book, we're going to give you a million dollars a year. You're not going to win any titles. We'll give you TV time. A 15-year contract.' I'm gonna shut the hell up. I don't give a damn about no titles. Legacy and all that is okay. But if I had the choice of getting the money, and not working, I'm taking the money and I'm not gonna care about the legacy. I'm gonna take that $15 million and parlay that into 45 or 50. For me, it was about getting paid and parlaying professional wrestling into what I'm doing right now."

He continued, "If they would've said, 'you can take the money and work sporadically' or 'take the money and stay at home.' You would have never saw me again. I'm serious. I love the business. I got a school. I love watching these young guys going out there and live their dream. I loved living my dream as well. When I first got into the business, I had never left the state of Texas. And I was on a 15-hour flight to Japan. I'm on a flight to Germany. I'm on my way to The Islands. I went to North Korea. If I had to give it all back? No, I wouldn't. But, if they would have gave me $1 million a year, I could've taken all those trips anyway and got a chance to enjoy them instead of going to the building and then to the airport."
So basically Gallows and Anderson did what Book suggested when there contracts were coming up and people were saying they were leaving.
